The hotel is really nicely decorated and clean, the staff were also great and so helpful . Only small problem is the small car park and additional £15 for use ( just to be aware ) . Would definitely stay again 😊

Other than the hotel staff harping on us about their breakfast service when we checked-in (my wife and I have had hotel service breakfast many days before), the service was perfect. Nice jacuzzi except for some lint.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff as we didn't use the bar or dinning areas but who we did speak with was polite and friendly. The room we had was very nice, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated in an olde style and looks lovely. A nice 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Will try and come back soon.

The room was very very small, totally different from what was shown on the details page. The room was very hot at night, and both of us were in a bad mood the next day. Because of health reasons, we were charged 20 pounds for checking out half an hour late.
