Good hotel! Great location and friendly staff. Room was a little smoky when we arrived, but we did not request a room with smoke treatment.

A nice place to stay. Everything is good, only one thing giving it negative is the drain of basin is in disorder condition.

Stayed during the Chinese New Year. Every staff member was very gentle and considerate. They upgraded the room and informed us of the New Year fireworks show in the evening. The breakfast on the first day of the new year was thoughtful and sour soup dumplings were prepared. It is a hotel with humanistic care. Highly recommended

每天晚上9點以後送的夜宵很滿意，每天補的礦泉水很及時，酒店大堂還有熱的瓶裝水，零食，真是不錯。關上窗户很安靜，向下俯瞰能看到凌霄塔，夫子廟，樓下車水馬龍，停車免費，唯一的缺點是空調衹能制熱，不能製冷，環境也不錯，很乾凈，滿意。步行能去很多附近的景點。前台接待人員也很有禮貌。滿意

服務：前台服務熱情周到，酒店位置在榆林市區中心。在房間裏可以看到夫子廟，到老街走路幾分鐘，吃飯很方便。有停車位。建議自駕的人到酒店前打電話聯繫一下，方便進車抬桿。

酒店位置超棒，市中心，唯一需要注意的是停車場入口超隱蔽，一定要注意。房間窗户外就是街心公園和凌霄塔。房間很寬敞，衞生也很棒，服務更是沒得説，還有夜宵，絕對是這次榆林之行的小亮點，下次再來還會光顧。設施：齊全衞生：良好環境：超讚服務：特棒【需在前台預約】宵夜:很貼心

這次來參加馬拉松比賽，真的要給這家酒店一個大大的好評！地理位置絕佳，離馬拉松的起點和終點都很近，比賽當天不用早起趕路，還能多睡會兒，對於賽前緊張的我來説，這一點太重要了！周邊配套也很齊全，便利店、餐廳一應俱全，滿足了我賽前賽後的各種需求，酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住時效率超高，還貼心地詢問我比賽時間，告知我早餐會提前準備，方便我賽前補充能量。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，讓我在賽後疲憊的身體得到了充分的放鬆，晚上睡得特別香。酒店的早餐種類豐富，不僅有營養豐富的麪包、雞蛋、牛奶，還有當地特色美食，味道超讚，讓我元氣滿滿地開啟比賽日。健身房和洗衣房的設施也很齊全，賽後去健身房拉伸放鬆，再把汗濕的運動服洗乾淨，太方便了，下次參加馬拉松比賽，我肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦給各位跑友！

賓館地處繁華，不要找水晶酒店，要找H酒店。停車入口設計不合理。不好找，而進門轉角非常不方便。房間內的設備設施還可以，但是周圍的環境有點雜亂。第一次吃醋潑羊頭，這個青菜。味道做不錯。醋很好的解決了羊頭的羶味和腥氣。

房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，位置優越，前台服務員熱情周到，六樓保潔大姐很熱情，門前就是停車場，出行方便，唯一就是停車場入口有點隱蔽
