Shunhe Zaozhuang Grand Hotel: Unbeatable Value and Heartfelt Service. The rates were incredibly reasonable. The location and facilities were great, and the service was genuinely heartwarming. While welcome fruit and milk upon check-in were a pleasant touch (and somewhat expected), receiving a farewell gift of eggs, fruit, and pastries upon check-out was an absolute first for me and truly unexpected! Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide array of high-quality dishes, including exquisite individual portions of large prawns. My husband and I even mused about how the hotel could possibly turn a profit with such generosity! Overall, an experience that far exceeded our expectations.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. The self-service laundry facilities were also great. We'd like to give a special shout-out to staff member Qiu Hongjuan, who was incredibly thoughtful and helped us with collecting and delivering our laundry. Her service was truly exceptional! Highly recommended!

The location is decent, near Wuyue Plaza, making it very convenient to get around. It's right on a main road. This place used to be a star hotel, but it certainly doesn't feel like one anymore. The bathroom sink is dated, and the tap is incredibly stiff, clearly showing a lack of maintenance. They even hiked up the price, and it wasn't even a weekend! The breakfast service has also been cut, and overall, it's really not what it used to be!

The room was great and the service was excellent. We were welcomed with complimentary fruits and four bottles of Wahaha water in our room. Breakfast was exceptionally good and I highly recommend it. We also had dinner at the same place as breakfast; the food was delicious and offered great value for money, with every dish being a standout. The surrounding area is very vibrant, featuring various shopping malls, making it super convenient for a stroll or some shopping.
