It was my second stay in the hotel. Very nice furnished rooms, friendly staff, enjoyable breakfasts, and a nice restaurant menu to choose nice food from. Highly recommended!

The hotel is next to Shazhou Lake. There is a dedicated fitness track at the back door. The environment is very good and the breakfast is very rich. It is worth experiencing to enjoy the lake view in the dining room at night.

It is worth mentioning that you can rent fishing gear, kites, and 4-person bicycles for free. The location is in the sub-center of this small town, not the city center, 3 kilometers away. There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating, but a little far from the main attractions. The hotel is generally good, the service is ok, and snacks are given before leaving. The only shortcoming is the breakfast. It feels like the hotel is for banquets, and the buffet breakfast is not very good. It is mainly a row of hot dishes, a row of cold dishes, a row of noodle stalls, and a row of bread. The variety and taste are average. It is indeed as the online reviews say that it makes people lose their appetite.

I brought my kids to play during the May Day holiday and chose Shazhou Lake Hotel. They upgraded me to a king-size bed and prepared gifts for my kids on the day of check-in. This price was very humane during the May Day holiday. There was a little incident because the fence was not installed properly. The manager Tao Kaiwen handled it very well. The service was very humane. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel tasted very average. I had two meals. They said there was a wedding banquet on the May Day holiday. The next day, they were still busy. I don’t recommend it very much... I went to Pegasus Water City the next day. Compared with Shazhou Lake Hotel, it’s still better here!

Some meals in the restaurant are not replenished in time after they are taken out, such as green vegetables and yogurt. Some of them are reminded by the staff but not replenished in time. The color and taste of the coffee we took from the coffee machine are very light, and the coffee powder should not be replenished in time. Bottled water for self-service is placed in the elevators on each floor. There are fruit plates and souvenirs for check-in and check-out.
