The room was incredibly comfortable, impeccably clean, and the facilities were very modern. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. I accidentally booked a twin room, and when I enquired about switching to a king-size bed, they went above and beyond, upgrading me to a more luxurious king room. They even delivered room cards and food deliveries straight to the room, so there was no need to go downstairs. Even the housekeeping staff were very friendly, always smiling when they saw us. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable.
