Response from Property: 能理解你入住時的糾結感受！供暖未開始導致中央空調無法使用，沒法換氣通風，讓煙味在酒店、電梯裏到處瀰漫，加上酒店在辦公樓內的設計和門的開啟方式，更讓這種異味難以消散，確實挺影響體驗～ 好在清潔工和前台的貼心服務特別加分，總算彌補了環境上的這些小遺憾！對煙味敏感的話，到店後可主動告知前台，詢問是否有通風條件更好或遠離吸煙區域的房型。
