The service offered by the front desk staff and concierge was excellent, especially from two staff members, Summer and Allen. Both have outstanding service attitudes and are valuable assets to your team. With their kind hearts and genuine concern for customers, I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and encourage them to stay here again.

Summer is the best! Excellent service and helping us solving problem with transportation issue. Not to mention the friendly smile in her that delighted my stay. Nice food in restaurant on 55th floor.

Nice Hotel, Receptionist Ms Summer was kind and friendly. Rooms are fabulous with great views. Highly recommended.

Staff and facilities are excellent, we were very impressed with one of the staff names Summer. She upgraded us to suit room and helped us to booked Liyuan restaurant in the private room which was really fantastic. The breakfast at All Day Dining restaurant are great, lots of high quality foods. We definitely will return and stay at this hotel again.

It’s was excellent experience. And it’s a definitely right choice for us to decided to come back to Hilton Zhongshan for our trip. We been taken care and warmth welcome by Summer from the Front Office. Our room being decorated with a pair of  lovely Swan 😍

The hotel lobby is gorgeous, and the room which Summer arranged was also very good. The check-in procedure was fast, and after arriving at the room, she also asked if I was satisfied with the room arrangement, and introduced the surrounding food. It was very good!

We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

The guest relationship manager Ms Summer was very helpful. She explained the various options we have to get to the airport and helped us plan and book a cab. Thank you Summer 😀

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, particularly their ambassador, Summer and Ivy. They always smile and greet from their heart. All day dining serving staff are good as well and again always smile. It is apparent that they really love their jobs in Hilton.

Location of the hotel is very convenient and the rooms are very specious . The Front Desk Manager, Summer is super nice and helpful. Her hospitality and smile made our trip more enjoyable and awesome!! 🥰🥰

I had trouble organising a pick up from the station despite contacting them well and truly before my arrival. There was just no reply in the end. The room was large and comfortable, but the entire floor, including my room had an awful musty smell. The breakfast was excellent as was the service there. I ended having a massage which was great. The only downside was that the room was really bright and the lights directly above my eyes were left on (full brightness) and made it difficult to relax.
