A good experience 🌸🌸🌸 The first time I came to Putuo Mountain, I did not choose to stay on the island, but chose to stay outside the island. The distance was not far, and it took more than ten minutes to take a taxi from the hotel to Putuo Mountain. This is my second time staying at his place. I will always stay there when I go to Zhujiajian. The room is large and very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and it is convenient to wash clothes. The lady at the front desk also upgraded the room for free, with a smart toilet and electric curtains. The shower space is large and the water volume of the shower is also good. Recommended!

We booked three days during the May Day holiday. On the first day, we were arranged in a room on the third floor. At 3 or 4 in the morning, the vegetable market downstairs started chopping meat until 8 or 9 in the morning. The noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep at all. When we communicated to change the room, the front desk said that because we checked in late, we were arranged in a noisy room on the third floor. The front desk knew that the rooms on the third floor would be noisy at night but did not inform us in advance. Moreover, the price of rooms with noise and rooms without noise is the same, so who would spend the same money to stay in a noisy room? The hotel is cheating customers by selling inferior products as good ones. Anyway, they come here for tourism. They don't need repeat customers and don't care about the hotel's reputation. They can cheat as many as they can! The next day, we changed rooms to the fourth floor. At one o'clock in the morning, a palm-sized spider crawled out from nowhere. Fortunately, I hadn't rested at that time, otherwise I dare not imagine where the spider crawled. We called the hotel staff, and they said that other rooms were noisy (the third floor was affected by the noise from the vegetable market downstairs, and there was a KTV on the fourth floor that was open until the early morning), and they said that they could not guarantee that there would be no problems with foreign objects such as insects if we changed rooms again. They also said that it was very normal for insects to appear in the south. They said that they had done disinfection. Isn’t the purpose of disinfection for snakes, insects, rats and ants? The room has screens. If they really did disinfection, where did the spiders come from? The hotel’s attitude throughout the whole process was to either stay in a noisy room or a room with spiders. We have stayed in Yishang Hotels in other cities and in hotels further south, and this situation has never occurred, let alone such a big spider. During the two days we stayed in this hotel, we were affected by noise and spiders, and all of them happened in the early hours of the night. We couldn’t rest at all. The hotel was completely messed up, admitting that there was noise and spiders in the room and they couldn’t change it, and they were not sure that there would be no more noise and spiders if we changed rooms again. 100% of the two days were all thunder. If the hotel thinks that there is no problem with its own environment and facilities, then the two days of rooms arranged for us all had problems. Was it intentional by the front desk? On the morning of the third day, we asked to check out. The hotel thought that the first two days were normal stays, so they only refunded the room fee for the third day and said they would give 100 yuan compensation. We thought that we did not rest for the first two days and asked for a refund. If there was only noise on the first night and there was no problem changing rooms on the second day, we would not ask for a check-out fee. The repeated problems have seriously damaged the May Day travel plan. We did not go to the scenic spot tickets we bought in advance, and we did not rest for two days, which caused us great economic and mental losses. There was either noise or spiders on the two nights. The hotel thought it was a normal stay, which means that this hotel allows noise and spiders. The room with spiders on the fourth floor is close to the hotel restaurant, so it is possible that there will be bugs in the restaurant? The above are all real experiences of staying on May Day. This hotel with noise and big spiders is actually sold for more than 500 yuan a night, which is a huge experience. If you need accommodation, you must tell the front desk in advance not to stay in the room on the third floor (there is a sound of chopping meat in the middle of the night). There may also be spiders on the fourth floor. The check-in experience depends entirely on luck!
