Hotel is good in overall. Location way too strategic and heavy traffic.

We are coming to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We are pleased to upgrade to deluxe sea view suite. Thank you Mr. Arron 小林 from the front desk. We are appreciated for arranging the decoration in room, the anniversary cake, and a bottle of red wine. Also wanna to say thank you to Jason 付. We have a wonderful stay in Hilton hotel and enjoy the afternoon tea and happy hour in Executive Lounge.

The location is fantastic, offering stunning views directly overlooking the Macau Tower. Stephanie provided exceptionally warm and welcoming service. The facilities are comprehensive and brand new, making the hotel feel very modern. The room was impeccably clean and spotless. Five stars! I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Facilities: As a proper 5-star establishment, this particular Hilton is relatively new. Having stayed at various Hilton brands like DoubleTree, Hampton Inn, and Garden Inn, I can confidently say this one stands out as the best. All the hotel facilities are brand new and equipped with smart technology. My only minor feedback is that the automatic opening and closing function of the smart toilet seat was overly sensitive; I'd suggest offering guests the option to enable or disable this feature. The infinity pool is definitely a major highlight. Cleanliness: The cleanliness at this 5-star hotel is excellently maintained; everything was spotless. Environment: The views surrounding the hotel's location are superb. With the ocean on one side and mountains on the other, both offer incredibly picturesque scenery. Service: When checking out, my child was carrying some heavy bags. The doorman nearby probably didn't notice, perhaps due to the crowd. If someone had proactively come up to ask if we needed assistance, even if we didn't require it, that thoughtful gesture would have demonstrated excellent, attentive service. There are many high-end hotels in Zhuhai, and the true distinction often lies in this crucial element of thoughtful and personalized hospitality.

This five-star hotel truly stands out. Both the breathtaking views and the impeccable service make you feel completely at home. The panoramic vistas of Macau offer a unique charm, and the comprehensive facilities coupled with the personalized service truly exemplify Hilton's premium quality.

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery all around the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the sea views directly from our room. Stephanie provided exceptional and warm service, making us feel very welcome. All other staff members were also incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well-equipped with excellent facilities. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and neatly arranged. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

The Zhuhai Hilton was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, offering unparalleled views of the Macau Tower right from our window. Our room was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, truly like sleeping on clouds. The service was exceptional and incredibly thoughtful; every staff member greeted us with a warm smile. Check-in and check-out were both remarkably swift. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zhuhai!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It's clearly a brand-new hotel, not just a renovation, and the service is outstanding. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. A special shout-out to Lillian at the front desk – she handled our check-in process thoroughly and was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite being relatively new to her role, her dedication and thoughtful service truly stood out, and communicating with her was an absolute pleasure. Our children also had a fantastic time! 🥳💖

The hotel boasts an excellent and very convenient location. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the seafood street, where you'll find numerous stalls offering a wide variety of fresh seafood. Many restaurants nearby are ready to cook your chosen seafood, and it's a pleasant stroll back to the hotel after your meal. The breakfast spread is generous, with both the taste and service being excellent. Don't miss the hotel's top-floor lounge, which offers panoramic night views of Macau. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. I accidentally lost my room key when I went out, but the front desk staff promptly issued me a replacement, which I really appreciated. The next day, when we were heading to Chimelong, the staff even arranged a complimentary car for us. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! 👍

Facilities: The room type delivered exactly as pictured, and the view was superb. However, I'd suggest the hotel avoid placing this room type on lower floors, as elevation significantly impacts the panoramic view. The gym is fully equipped with Technogym machines throughout, which are comfortable and user-friendly, though one of the dumbbell racks was missing a pair of weights. Inside the room, the living area, bedroom, and bathroom can be fully isolated from each other, ensuring a peaceful sleep at night with no light disturbance. Both Samsung 4K TVs support HDMI and screen mirroring, offering complete freedom for gaming and binge-watching – absolutely perfect! The living room is also equipped with a Bose 550 soundbar, providing an immersive audiovisual experience. The room distribution on each floor is well-planned, with four elevators serving 16 rooms, effectively minimizing congestion during peak times. Cleanliness: The housekeeping was professional, with virtually no blind spots for cleanliness in the room. Location: Geographically, it's conveniently located; a short drive will get you to Hengqin to the south and Gongbei Port to the north (I won't even bother mentioning Gongbei specifically). Service: The front desk arranged for a dedicated staff member to show me the room, and almost all employees I encountered greeted me with a smile, consistent with the brand's ethos and high standards. Executive Lounge Afternoon Tea Time: Arrived too late and missed it. Executive Lounge Happy Hour: The offerings were exquisite. The lychee-flavored cake had just the right amount of sweetness, tasting surprisingly healthy. Also, try mixing the three types of juices into one glass – it creates a unique and delightful flavor! Regarding breakfast: The peak summer season, combined with a large influx of visitors from Hong Kong and Macau to Guangdong, objectively somewhat diminished the overall stay experience. This was primarily due to certain guests who, despite being parents, seemed to neglect their children's behavior, and others who treated the dining area like a bustling, noisy street food stall. Overall: Anyway, Hilton Zhuhai is worth to choose.

The room was spotless. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she gave me a detailed guide and explained everything perfectly. What's more, there's a lesser-known Wanzai Port nearby, and the hotel even offers complimentary tickets for it. It's about a 20-minute walk or a quick 10 RMB taxi ride. After crossing the border, it's just over a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. It wasn't crowded, and I really got to soak in the charm of Macau's old town. I was very satisfied and will definitely stay here again. A special note: they also have pet-friendly rooms and a dedicated pet dining area. How incredibly thoughtful! This means I can bring my dog next time.

The bedding was incredibly soft and felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a deep and natural sleep. 🚿 The bathroom had excellent dry/wet separation, fantastic water pressure, and instant hot water. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the premium toiletries were orange blossom scented – so soothing! 📶 Complimentary high-speed WiFi was seamlessly available, and to my delight, there was even a multi-functional charging cable by the bed – a small touch that truly thrilled this detail-oriented guest! 🍳 Breakfast was a highlight, with absolutely delicious freshly-made wontons. The aroma of freshly ground coffee from the machine filled the entire floor! I've already been raving about it to all my girlfriends! 👯‍♀️ This place truly offers unparalleled value for money!
