As expected of MGM's top Washington Hotel, it is luxurious everywhere, with beautiful landscape and garden design! The service attitude of each staff is very good. Account manager Xu Wenhao and concierge Ah Hai asked about our needs before check-in, arranged toiletries and bed rails for the children, and the service was more considerate and thoughtful after check-in. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is located on the bank of Xiangshan Lake and is composed of four major Chinese elements: "mountain, lake, forest, and courtyard". The hotel makes extensive use of Chinese screens and rockery, and the changing scenery has the beauty and interest of Chinese gardens. When I checked in, Levi arranged it very thoughtfully and meticulously. He gave me a room on the top floor and arranged for my colleagues to accompany me to the room, introducing the various features of the hotel along the way. When I checked out, I was also given a little lion from MGM. Room & Benefits: This time I stayed in a mountain view premium king-size bed room with an area of ​​70 square meters and a balcony. The first round of free mini bar and snacks has surpassed most domestic luxury hotels. As for the standard equipment such as Dyson hair dryer, ice bucket, and shoe stretcher, there is no need to say more. There are many sources for TV, but most of them are from 3 years ago and need to be updated. Turndown service: The hotel started the turndown at 17:30pm. The housekeeping department helped to arrange the room when I went to the restaurant for dinner. The floor mat and new slippers were placed at the entrance, the ice bucket was filled with ice cubes, a plate of fruit was placed in the living room, and warm water and MGM fragrance samples were placed at the bedside. Room service: The response speed is fast, and basically every request is met. Win from the housekeeping department helped me prepare extra bath balls and bath salts. Knowing that I particularly like the fragrance of the hotel's supplies, Sally took the initiative to give me a box of JO Loves gift box, which I am very grateful for! Restaurant: The service of Yuyuan Chinese Restaurant is impeccable. The price is not cheap, but with a 500 coupon in hand, I have tried everything I want to try. It is estimated that 500 yuan is enough for 2-3 people to have a meal. The good thing is that the hotel has taken into account the needs of guests traveling alone. Many dishes have "on-seat" options, and the price is right, which avoids waste for both guests and the hotel. It is well thought out👍. Fangfeiyuan is the hotel's Western restaurant and breakfast restaurant, with an unbeatable view. P1 is the window seat of Fangfeiyuan. Breakfast is a buffet combining Chinese and Western cuisine, with various iron plates, cheeses, sausages, European bread and desserts, as well as Chinese stir-fried dishes, soup noodles, and freshly made porridge. After taking a seat, the waiter will also take the initiative to ask if you want coffee or tea, and the drinks you want to drink will be prepared when you return to your seat after taking the meal. After checking out, there was still about an hour before my appointment time, so Vera, who was on duty in the lobby, took the initiative to invite me to Fangfeiyuan for a cup of coffee☕, and talked about the room card using the design of Zhuhai's city flower, and very readily gave me a room card as a souvenir. Perfect hardware, warm service, and a price that is only a few hundred yuan more expensive than St. Regis, I will choose to stay in MGM Reserve next time I rest.

The newly opened hotel is very beautiful, with the style of a southern garden mansion. There are few hotels of this style in Zhuhai, so I came to experience it. The experience is very good. The guest experience Vera service is warm and the room is nice. This time I stayed on the 7th floor, the view is more beautiful, each room has a balcony, and you can see the tea mountain outside. If you want to check in and take pictures, the hotel also has a dedicated photographer to help take pictures, which is very convenient! This package is worth it!

Very good hotel, only two hours from Guangzhou, a good place to rest on weekends. It is worthy of being the work of the master architect He Jingtang, quiet in the bustling city, and the perfect fusion of Chinese style elements and garden scenery. The fruits are fresh, the dishes in the western restaurant Fangfeiyuan are very good, and the fried rice is especially delicious. Thanks to Levi Wang Mingyang, Luna and the lady from Fangfeiyuan for their service~very enthusiastic. I hope the hotel will get better and better and have a better experience next time.

New hotel experience, the hotel is very good, the room is large, the environment is atmospheric and tasteful, it is worth recommending. The front desk service is good, warm and thoughtful, and the housekeeper Huang Li provides good service. Fangfeiyuan's environment is good, but the service is poor. The response to customer needs is very slow, or I don't remember it. After a few times, I have no temper. The fat manager doesn't say hello to the guests, and turns away early when he sees the guests coming. I have something to find this manager, and this manager hints that the waiter will find another manager. He has no responsibility and the manager service is in his pocket. He also suspected that we had one more person for breakfast, chasing the child to ask, and the people around were looking at it. It was quite embarrassing. Later, I found out that I made a mistake and said to me that I was sorry for making a mistake. Before I could reply, I floated away, which surprised me. But these do not affect my love for the hotel. The travel photography is good, and the elderly are very satisfied. In addition to the gifts, I bought nearly 20 more photos. It is worth it for my family to be happy.
