The air conditioning vents in the room were facing the bedside, the parking lot entrance and exit sensors were unreliable, and the front desk had no experience in handling such incidents and was not proactive enough, which delayed the process for too long.

The hotel is very clean, the service of the front desk lady is very good, and the surrounding dining and transportation are convenient. Recommended!

The service staff are very active and enthusiastic. They will greet you when they see you. The guest rooms are also very clean and tidy. The parking lot gate is very bad, the place is not suitable for entry and can not be scanned, to go to the front desk to ask someone to open the door, parking space is quite sufficient, there is a store across the street, the room is normal.

訂的豪華大床房，網上顯示的是24平米，實際衹有10多平方，衞生狀況極差，洗臉槽一大坨頭髮，太噁心了。酒店後面是廠房，鐵皮頂，一下雨，打的噼裏啪啦，吵的根本睡不着，太差了。不知道哪來的這麼多好評。

第二次入住了，位置在三灶鎮中心到城軌三灶東站公交、滴滴都方便，周圍餐飲、購物方便。前台服務周到熱情，辦理入住快速。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，美中不足空調老舊制冷較慢。洗衣房洗滌、烘乾一體機👍
