I often go to Zhuhai for business trips. This time I booked this hotel. The hotel entrance is on the side, which is not easy to find. I called the front desk and they showed me the way very enthusiastically. When I checked in, they took the initiative to introduce me to the hotel's laundry room and told me the WiFi password, etc. Very enthusiastic service. The room aunt was also very polite. Although it opened in 2018, the hygiene is really good, and there is no dead corner. I have to say that this hotel is well maintained, and the solid wood floor is shiny.

This is the most unique hotel guide I have ever seen, which shows that this hotel really pays attention to details. The location is very good, there are many places to eat around, such as Burger King, barbecue, hot pot, Hunan cuisine, and a creative valley with many things to do. Although there is no breakfast restaurant, there are many breakfast shops around, including soup noodles, rice noodles, rice rolls, and everything else. There are also KTVs, chess and card theaters, all in a shopping mall, and the prices are very reasonable. The service of the front desk lady is also very nice. She has a very sweet smile. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I really recommend it.

The bed is very big, so we stayed one more night to make it convenient for the children to play. Two families can visit each other in two rooms. There is also a Transformers downstairs for children to play, which is very convenient for midnight snacks.

This hotel recommended by a friend, after singing next door at night, it was very late to check in. Check in at 4 am, and you can delay to 4 am the next day, which is very humane. The hotel is terrible and there is a naked consumer deception. 1. The hotel is very noisy on the side of the road, and the sound insulation is very poor. I couldn't sleep all night. I negotiated with the hotel and was told that there was a KTV on the other side, which would be even noisier. Changing rooms was fruitless. 2. I booked a non-smoking room specifically, but the room smelled of cigarettes! I negotiated with the hotel, but was told that there was no non-smoking room at all. 3. It was shown on the international version of Ctrip that breakfast was available, but I was told that there was no restaurant at all! When I asked the hotel why there was no restaurant and it was marked as optional breakfast, the hotel replied that Ctrip wrote it randomly and it was none of their business (I think it is unlikely that Ctrip would dare to write it randomly if the hotel did not say that it had it. Shouldn't Ctrip investigate this matter thoroughly? Avoid taking the blame). 4. The hotel's hygiene is very poor. In addition to the large unknown stains on the sofa, the bed was covered with dust, and the glass of the bathroom was covered with mold and unknown liquids! (Because I was very tired at the time and was already taking a shower, I had to clean up with a lot of paper towels in a hurry. Now I think I forgot to take pictures as evidence). 5. There were mosquitoes in the room, which bit the parents in the next room a lot and they couldn't sleep all night... When I checked out in the morning, I reported these problems to the front desk in good faith (I didn't ask for anything at all). But the woman at the front desk was very arrogant, and didn't even say "sorry". She just said coldly: We don't have non-smoking rooms, no restaurants, and if we do, it was written by Ctrip... I don't want to waste time arguing with such people. I am usually very busy and rarely comment, but this time it was really exaggerated, so I hereby tell the real situation, hoping to help future generations avoid thunder! (In addition, when I reported the problem, there were other people who checked out next to me, and they also said that they had the same problem 🙋)
