The hotel is very close to the border crossing, which made immigration incredibly convenient. The room and bed were surprisingly spacious, much larger than anticipated, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. The service was also excellent, with all the staff members being very friendly and helpful. I didn't take any dedicated photos – this was just a quick snap before I left – but you can clearly see how large the room is and that there's plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The room was quite spacious, and the 1.35m bed was also comfortable. The facilities and service were decent but nothing particularly impressive. Food delivery could be brought directly to the room door, which is much better than the hotels within the Chimelong scenic area. I booked it on Ctrip for a higher price (491 RMB), and later found it was cheaper on JD.com (426 RMB), but I didn't dare to cancel and rebook for fear of losing the room. The Central Hub Food Court is right next door, offering plenty of dining choices. Getting a taxi to Chimelong was also very convenient. The next day, I stayed at the Hengqin Hotel, which was about a 10 RMB taxi ride away. That evening, I took the Macau Island Tour Cruise, which was fantastic. A taxi to Wanzai Pier cost 20 RMB. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Ocean World and Spaceship Park. Downstairs, there's a fantastic food court offering a wide variety of delicious options. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separated wet and dry bathroom. The front desk service was warm and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our family of six, covering multiple generations, planned a trip to Zhuhai Chimelong. After extensive online research and comparison, we decided to book two family-friendly rooms at the James Joyce Coffetel. We stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. First, the location is fantastic. It's only about 5 kilometers (a 10-minute drive) from any Chimelong park, and the hotel even offers a dedicated shuttle service. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants and delicious food options, and there's also a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Second, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They proactively greeted guests, were very accommodating to all requests, and handled everything efficiently. Third, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its lively surroundings. The rooms are a good size, well-equipped, spotless, and the bedding is soft, guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the bathroom's wet and dry separation, with a separate toilet and shower/bath area. This design was great, as it allowed three people to use the facilities simultaneously without any inconvenience. Fourth, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying – plenty to eat to start the day. Overall, for anyone visiting Chimelong, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It's particularly well-suited for families and those traveling by car. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

As a family, we booked the duplex room, which was exactly as described. The environment was clean and tidy, and all amenities were well-provided. Its location was easy to find, and having a food street right behind the hotel made dining, late-night snacks, and shopping incredibly convenient. Chimelong is also just a few minutes' drive away. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and even provided us with complimentary breakfast. This hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for family trips!
