This is my second time staying in this hotel. Room is nice and cozy! They even offered me complimentary breakfast. So kind of them!

Check in went very smoothly, the waiter was friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. You can have a late night snack at the snack bar on the floor of the hotel, which is generally satisfactory. Highly recommended!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room facilities were brand new and very user-friendly. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every nook and cranny spotlessly clean, making for a truly reassuring stay. The most surprising thing was the service. Whether it was the front desk or the housekeepers, they were all incredibly warm and attentive, always accommodating and smiling. It felt like home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

We arrived the hotel late (around 22:30) and the lobby felt very dusty and the windows were not cleaned at all. This could be a result of a nearby construction within the hotel, perhaps part of their expansion. The shower room is right next to the bed and water would leak out as the door could not be closed completely. Location is 5 min walk to a huge mall. We could see construction workers just right out of our window. Vehicle charging is available.

This hotel is good! Facilities and services are good. The rooms are well soundproofed, the hotel staff are professional, friendly, parking is easy, and there are many options for ordering takeaway! Great value for money!

Facilities: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was very powerful, keeping the room wonderfully cool. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable; even the grout lines on the floor were sparkling white. Environment: The environment was excellent and very quiet. Service: The service was outstanding. The staff member who assisted us with check-out was particularly helpful.

The front desk service was good. The king-size bed I booked was changed to a twin-bed room. The details were in place. I will come again next time.

Superb coffee and sweet soup at front desk! Excellent service and clean rooms. Quiet, nicely furbished and very comfy. I like the bed and pillows. Hair dryer a bit hard to control but overall speaking a very outstanding boutique hotel with high CP value for family and kids.

Xiao Jia at the front desk provided excellent, courteous service and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a pleasant atmosphere. The sea-view room was wonderfully quiet, and the upgraded room was spacious enough, much to the delight of my children. I especially appreciated the clean, carpet-free floors, as I prefer rooms without carpets. Cleanliness: Mostly good, though the area under the bed wasn't quite as clean. Children's breakfast (under 1.4m): I had two little ones with me, aged one and four, and they were very well catered for.
