Campanile Hotel Reviews

We chose the Campanile in Zhuji because it’s a trusted and well-known brand from our home country, France. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that the standards here were quite different. Our stay began with confusion at check-in, as the reception staff couldn’t match the room type we booked on Trip with the names in their system. After showing photos of our reservation, we were finally able to get our room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely dirty — the shower area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with yellowish-brown stains on the walls and floor, moldy joints and a large amount of hair left in the drain from previous guests.(picture is the bathroom when we just arrived in the room) Overall, the facilities felt old and poorly maintained. Sadly, this was the worst hotel experience of our trip.

The hotel sits on a good location close to a huge shopping mall, and it’s convenient to go around. The room was spacious, however the room was not clean enough, especially regarding to fixations such as bathroom floors, walls, fixed furnitures, projectors, floor cushions etc, you can see they need deep clean. Service was very good, we also got our laundry washed! Overall the real downside is the cleanliness

Hygene of the hotel was not good. Our room was windowless, that was not comfortable for me personally. The window rooms are much nicer so I would definitely recommend taking a window room. Staff was nice and the hotel can do your laundry for free.

The service there is amazing! Everybody there is so helpful especially wang ayi(the cleaner) and the front door girl!

I stayed a few times and the facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very clean and tidy when I look inside. The front desk staff are also very good. If you need anything, they can help and reply in time. Overall, I feel good. The location belongs to the city center. It is very close to the Passenger Transport Center, Grand Theater and Science and Technology Museum. It is a 5-minute walk. It is great. Wanfeng is also there for eating, playing and shopping. It is super convenient.

I traveled to Shenxianju during the National Day holiday and stayed one night in Zhuji on the way back to Shanghai. I chose this hotel after comparing for a long time. During the holidays, hotel room prices are also relatively moderate. Hotel rooms are all above the 26th floor and have a wider view. There is a Xintiandi Shopping Center about one kilometer away from the hotel. The mall is very large and very convenient for shopping and dining!

The room is very clean and the smell of aromatherapy in the lobby is very comfortable. The decoration style is simple and the overall service staff are of high quality. Whether it is cleaning or check-in, it is very smooth and feels very comfortable. The service center is super easy and is very quick to help after I left something behind. Sent super recommended.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and provide a lot of useful suggestions and help. The rooms are clean and tidy and the facilities are complete. It makes your stay very comfortable. The food in the restaurant tastes great and has a wide variety.

The price is not high in the urban area. The accommodation environment, hygiene and services are much better than those of the same-priced express hotels. The service attitude is very good. There is a free parking lot and a robot delivers items. It is worth recommending.

The lighting in the room is very good, it has a large bay window, it is clean and bright, the facilities are very new, the bath towels are very clean, and the mattresses are from famous brands and are very comfortable to sleep on. The girl and brother at the front desk were very helpful and enthusiastic. I ordered takeout and the robot helped deliver it to the room.
