Its relatively new hot spring hotel just in the heart of jiaoxi. Reception, rooms, cleanness are on high level. the only thing is they have only 1 tiny elevator which is certainly not enough for such quantity of rooms but they have wide good-looking staircase so wasnt a problem for us. KFC right in the building and all food and massage options just a step distance.

Although the room showed its age, it was impeccably clean. The outdoor common areas were beautifully adorned with many flowers, showing great care in their arrangement. The restaurant was also very cozy, the food was delicious, and the views were absolutely stunning. The staff were very polite. I would definitely want to stay here again.

The B&B has a good location, convenient parking, and is clean and tidy. Pet supplies are also prepared. Pet clothes, glasses, and accessories are also provided for guests to take photos. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean and new, and the service was good – someone even greeted us upon our 8 PM arrival. There's a hot spring available at the hotel, but we didn't use it as it was too hot. The hotel also features a dedicated viewing area. The views from the hotel are excellent! (See picture)

Before booking, I had read reviews about the hotel's general condition. I was excited to check in, but was pleasantly surprised when I received my room. I arrived early, and the staff informed us that our room had been upgraded, giving us a free ocean view room. It was a welcome bonus. The room was clean and tidy, with no odors, and the air conditioning worked well. 👍🏿 Breakfast was simple and healthy: croissant, scrambled eggs, corn salad, fried chicken, sausage, toast...it was delicious. 👍🏿👍🏿 The staff were friendly and courteous. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Jiufen. 😁

The overall experience was fantastic! Especially the friendly service from the staff and the generous, delicious breakfast. The views from our room were absolutely stunning! The location was also excellent, being very close to bus stops and shops, which made getting around incredibly convenient. A big plus is how pet-friendly the guesthouse is; we heard they have 9 resident cats, all of whom are incredibly friendly. We're especially grateful to the kind and enthusiastic staff for making our stay such a wonderful experience for both my mother and me. However, as it's located on a mountain, it can get quite windy. On our first night, there was a gap in the door that let a dreadful whistling wind noise keep us awake. My mother didn't sleep well at all and was very tired the following day. It wasn't until the second night that we discovered we could adjust the internal blinds on the door. Doing so enlarged the opening, which significantly reduced the wind noise, and my mother was finally able to get a good night's sleep. One thing to note is that we only realized upon arrival that the guesthouse has quite a few stairs. This could be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with knee problems. I'd advise future guests to be prepared for this.

Although the location is a bit far from the downtown area But for a pet-friendly B&B, it is pretty clean. Because the B&B is surrounded by farmland, there are indeed some small insects But it won't have much impact It's just that the high voltage electricity nearby makes people a little concerned. The rooftop view is also nice It's great that the B&B has an elevator

The room was really cute! The room was clean and we changed into slippers at the hotel entrance. The shower water pressure and temperature were great. I had a very relaxing time at the hotel. There was just one problem. There was a guest making noise in the middle of the night, and a staff member contacted me, probably thinking it was me. I was already in bed resting... I was very annoyed to receive such a call without even checking. It may be unavoidable since there doesn't seem to be any staff on site...

The room is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Need to change into slippers to go upstairs. The inn is very close to the Nanhai Customer Service Center and Magong Pier, and there is a direct bus from the airport.

As soon as you enter the door, you will see many comfortable furnishings. The public areas of the lobby are clean and bright Unlimited coffee buffet The room is also big and clean I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance.
