The host of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. I love how they always served it with fruits such as papaya, pineapple, and banana. The location is near shops, restaurants, and the beach. They are all within a 10-minute walk. However, if you are into diving or island-related activities, it will take you around 20-30 minute drive to get to the Marina. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a few days without hurting your wallet.

Great stay at Nalagi, special thanks for the breakfast staff for such a pleasant experience. Room was very comfortable and spacious, and bathroom was very good, hot water shower was extremely good and functional. And the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous, great sunset and airport views. Great for families! About 5 mins walk to Nadi Plaza and $10 taxi ride to Nadi downtown. Overall, an excellent stay if you’re looking for something different to a resort. We enjoyed it because we were able to do some day trips and had plenty of choice for lunch and dinner:

This hotel is perfect for those who prefer to relax and enjoy their vacation at the hotel rather than spending time sunbathing on an island. The hotel boasts several restaurants with excellent food. My favorite room type was the one with direct pool access from the balcony. These rooms, situated on either side of the central garden, feature their own private, long pool, where you can watch the sunset. The facilities are relatively new. The sand on the beach is quite dark due to the black coral rocks, but since I'm not a fan of beach activities, this didn't affect my enjoyment of the holiday.

The biggest advantage is the good location, very close to the port, suitable for passengers who don't have time to go to the outer islands to transfer for one night. The hygiene is OK, the facilities are a bit old, but considering that it is the cheapest hotel around the port, it can be tolerated.

We had a lovely welcome upon arrival, cold towels and water. We were able to park our hire car undercover. Assistance by the hotel with all our bags to the room was great. Loved having comfy beds, dressing gowns, seperate bathrooms, washing machine, dryer and plunger coffee. The rooms were clean, everything available for making our own meals. Enjoyed a morning coffee and smoothies downstairs. Our last night we had a drink at Bar 57 before going out to eat. We were given a late checkout. A nice relaxing stay. Thank you.

Very good hotel, exceeded expectations. I checked into the Sheraton after returning from the outer islands. As soon as I arrived, I was infected by the enthusiasm of the concierge and the front desk. The hotel public area is very beautiful and the room is very clean. The hotel can directly check in for Fiji Airways, which saves a lot of time. The only complaint is that the food in the restaurant is a bit bad. The buffet breakfast is very average except for omelet. There are many employees in the catering department, but many of them are slacking off. I hope it can be improved.

Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

The location of the hotel is good. The surrounding museums, city halls, etc. and shopping in the market are all within walking distance, so there is no need to consider parking and transportation. Check out time is 11am, not 10am like most hotels in Nadi. There is no free wifi in the room, but there is in the public area. It is very convenient to go to the pool or beach chairs to rest and surf the Internet at night. The Fiji Museum is smaller than I expected, and just in time for some openings. The main exhibitions are not open. It is a pity that it is said to be fully open at the end of the year. The museum store is a bit hidden and not very eye-catching. The location is a bit challenging to find even taxi drivers doesnt know how to locate it. When I booked the place I was not able to check in early thought the room that I booked has really good amenities and peaceful too.

The hotel was clean and the pool right in front of our room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was lavish, with local foods and classics like scrambled eggs and sausages. We arrived in Nadi at 4:30 AM local time and took a bus to the hotel, arriving around 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. Although check-in was listed as 2:00 PM, the front desk staff told us we could check in already, so we were able to enter the hotel even though it was early in the morning. The service was excellent. Amenities like toothbrushes and moisturizing creams were not provided. The location is in Lautoka, away from the tourist areas, but there were no other negative aspects. The view from the hotel and everything else was excellent.
