"Adding to my previous review, the air conditioning occasionally starts vibrating. The reason is simple: loose nuts. I asked the front desk for a wrench. Instead, they sent someone without tools. I managed to center it somehow, and it seems to have stopped vibrating. This situation is a bit surprising.
My conclusion is, if you're immune to noise, it's a great hotel.
The power went out for an hour, but the hotel has a powerful diesel generator. Locks worked, elevators worked, and the reception was operational. A definite plus for the hotel."

"Not a bad hotel, good for a frequent stay. Everything is close by. There's a huge supermarket right next to it. The hotel also has parking. That's exactly why I chose it. Stayed for 2 days with my daughter. A slight downside is the industrial area and car dismantling shop right under the window, but you can see mountains in the distance. Overall, we liked everything."

"We stayed at Blue Sky Apart Hotel for 6 nights at the end of July and were very satisfied.
We had a cozy studio with a mountain view on the 10th floor. The windows faced a construction site, so it was noisy with the balcony open, but the noise was barely audible with the door closed.
The room was new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was tastefully chosen: quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, an excellent air conditioner, Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, and beautiful dishes. In the bathroom, there were good fixtures, an excellent hairdryer, a heated towel rail, pristine white towels, slippers, and all necessary amenities.
Minor suggestions would be to add hair conditioner, a bath mat, and more hangers in the closet.
Special thanks to the hotel team for their prompt assistance and quick resolution of any issues.
The location is excellent: opposite Carrefour, and only a 5-7 minute walk to Batumi Boulevard and the sea.

"So, the Opus Batumi Hotel, completely new, clean, rooms are beautiful, design is excellent. Bed and mattress is above all praise. Close to the sea (go 5-7 min). There is a heated pool in the garden. No breakfast. Balcon with chairs and table, to drink wine on it in the evening. All dining facilities are available including castry, jar, dishes, roller. The furnace is good, the bathroom is very clean.
The staff are polite.
But (distinctive area) - there is an active construction now there. Many multi-storey houses are being built around. Because of this bunch of rubbish, noise. The room we had with a view to the sea on the 24th floor, the view is chic. But when the neighbor Zhk is built at a distance of 100 m, the view will be on its wall.
There is no queue for the elevators."

"Hotel is new and this is its main advantage, as everything in the room is new and pleasant, it would like all subsequent residents to carefully treat the property so that it stays in perfect form as long as possible. The second fat plus - closeness to the sea, of course, now there is still a building and a path to the beach lying through the witchcraft, but soon this issue will be solved. We had a view of the sea, and despite buildings being built by a line closer to the beach, we saw 3 small pieces of sea that could not be unhappy. Blue glass in the room adds brightness sometimes grey sky. In the room is just a stunning mattress on the bed, sleeping was one pleasure. There is a kitchen, microwave, electric stove. Of the downsides - the refrigerator is located in the closet at the balcony, uncomfortable and very small in size, as well as a non-working restaurant. There is a swimming pool on the 2nd floor in the hotel, in rainy weather it is possible to fill the sea walks. Some staff speak Russian, generally kind of benign. The price in the season was very even acceptable. There are many grocery stores in step-by-step, bus stop. In the evenings you can enjoy the chic sunsets. With water breaks no, hot always in access."

"+ A quiet, shady street, pleasant interior, plenty of space, decent bathroom.
- The toilet faucet is leaking, laundry is expensive.
- Dirty dishes. The sinks are clogged with them this morning, even though there are only three guests in the hostel and they don't cook.
- It's cold. It's 10 degrees outside, but all the windows are open and the heating is off, so it's also 10 degrees inside the hostel. I had to wear street clothes.
- Bedbugs! The administrators say they poisoned us, but I know what poison smells like—there was no pest control."

"I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰"

"The hotel is new and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Europe Square, and within walking distance of the Alphabet Tower and Ali & Nino statue. Despite being next to a main road, the soundproofing is great, making the hotel very quiet and peaceful with hardly any traffic noise. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit basic."

The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise.
Here were the key concerns:
1. Language & Service Gaps
For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
2. Inedible Food on Day 1
On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property.
3. Repeated WiFi Failures
Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication.
4. Shower Head Burst - No QC?
The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional.
5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard
The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated.
6. Room Service Delays
Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property.
For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

- when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid
- there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁
- breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty
- upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system
- in the morning there was a water outage altogether

CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

NNIKITAVLWe had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!
