This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. The location is unbeatable: truly a stone's throw from the Broken Bridge, just across the street. It's the perfect base for visiting the Broken Bridge, Yalu River Park, and nearby museums. The view exceeded expectations: I highly recommend choosing a river view room. The Broken Bridge, boats coming and going on the river, and the scenery on the opposite bank create a dynamic painting, especially the stunning night view. Accommodation and service: The room facilities are relatively new, and the hygiene conditions are good. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided practical tips for sightseeing and dining (for example, they recommended authentic Korean food and seafood).

Following in the footsteps of a popular online influencer, I visited Dandong to see the Memorial Hall of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and also explored Andong Old Street for some delicious snacks – it was so lively! In the evening, I checked into what I heard was the best hotel in Dandong. The service was incredibly thoughtful; Miss Jackie at the front desk even helped me get a thermometer and lent me her personal charger. Truly outstanding! P.S. The room was huge and very clean.

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

Sean was incredibly enthusiastic and proactive, helping me hail a taxi and carry my luggage with a super infectious smile. Alisa was attentive and meticulous, responding to my needs promptly and even thoughtfully providing a welcome drink. Their exceptional service made my trip to Shenyang so much warmer and they truly deserve the trust of every guest!

The bathtub was big enough and filled up quickly, which was great for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking. 4. In the hot summer, the mini-fridge should really come with some cold drinks; just mineral water isn't thoughtful enough. 5. The faucet in the room was loose. 6. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, affecting my sleep. 7. The toiletries were of poor quality. Overall, it was still pretty good. The service was a bit stiff, and some of the facilities and amenities should be upgraded, otherwise, they don't quite match the hotel's caliber.

I was personally very satisfied, both with the service attitude and the Executive Club's food offerings. The mini-bar also had a great selection of drinks, more than I could finish. The pool on the fourth floor was very clean; it truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I originally booked it for the pool, and considering its age, my expectations weren't very high. But to my surprise, from the moment we got out of the car, the concierge staff proactively opened doors and handled our luggage every single time, without fail. In stark contrast, when we later moved to the Four Seasons, we had to carry our own bags inside before anyone offered assistance! While the rooms are a bit dated, it's clear the housekeeping team does a very thorough job. Even my mother, who is a neat freak, found it satisfactory. In contrast, at the Four Seasons, she immediately spotted dust on the glass and high up in the wardrobe! The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting anywhere. The complimentary fish jerky and candies were delicious! There's also a morning market just a hundred meters walk away. We had a minor issue on our second day, but the Guest Services Manager resolved it very professionally. If I have the chance to visit Dalian again, I will definitely choose the New World! Expensive doesn't always mean best, but we all unanimously agreed that the New World offers the best value for money.

A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!
