Nice to overlook some greenery but it is in a central location so expect some road noise / motorbikes and noise from a nearby bar until around 4am on a Saturday (maybe even Friday - it was quiet on Sunday). Near the Arusha museum. Close to a few restaurants. Room was big and had a safe. Bring your own toothbrush.
The room is very hygienic 👌🏻, but the area is slightly smaller, the security measures are also very perfect, the service attitude is particularly good, the hotel environment is also very good, there is a swimming pool, there are bars and restaurants, breakfast is very rich, it is recommended
The hotel I booked for a business trip, the service attitude was very good, they changed other rooms for me if the room was not suitable, the breakfast variety was ok, the environment was very comfortable, I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.
The front desk upgraded the suite, but the location is far away and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. The hotel is in a garden style, and the breakfast is just okay. The location is in the city center. But the hotel is a bit old
The hotel opened in 2019. The design and facilities in the room are very new. The safe does not need to enter the password every time, and the makeup 🪞 is also automatically dimmed. The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good. If you miss the dinner time, you can have a light meal there and enjoy the Meru Mountain opposite, which is said to be the second highest mountain in Tanzania. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the city view room is very close to the hotel's equipment room and the noise is very loud. It's okay to close the balcony door during the day, but people who are sensitive to noise at night should not choose the city view room.
I came to Arusha for a business trip for two days. I saw the reservation near the airport. As a result, there was no hair nearby. There was a dirt road at the door. The hotel restaurant was 20 dollars a meal (pictured). There was a power outage 7-8 a day. The power was cut off and the network was cut off.
This is a beautiful, welcoming and heartwarming resort. We live on the mountains and the temperature difference between day and night is very large. The children wore long sleeves when they had dinner. This is our first time staying in a hotel with a stove, and when we have dinner, the waiter asks if our living room and master bedroom need to turn on the oven to warm the room first. When the children were going to bed, they opened the bed, and each bed was filled with hot water bags. It was warm and comfortable. It warmed us all [Wangchai] [Cave teeth] and there was a place that moved us. When choosing dessert after dinner, I told the waiter that we wanted vanilla for ice cream, and he told me they had a mix, a ball of vanilla and a ball of strawberries, and I said it was okay. When it was served, he helped us all change to two balls of vanilla [screaming teeth] because he knew our whole family loved vanilla ice cream, and here you must try this vanilla ice cream, it is really delicious [screaming teeth]

KKevin romanThe staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

GGuest UserOverall, it is ok, worthy of this price (the local area is generally more expensive). Arusha is a safari transfer station. There are many travel agencies and hotels on the road. Everyone is cautious.
FFabian Lemuel Pillay Very friendly front-desk woman who carried my bags in. Room was clean and they even agreed to hold my bag for me while I do my safari trip. Restaurant was great too and well-priced and good quality. One of the better places I’ve stayed at. Also near to an ATM and a supermarket which helped! Would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserThe night I spent here was great and it was a nice and comfortable experience. It's definitely not a luxury stay by any definition, but the place was clean, the breakfast was decent and the reception was amazing. They were especially helpful with figuring out directions and storing my luggage while I waited for my night flight.
