After going there, I realized the importance of making a strategy!! 1️⃣About transportation ❶When buying a ticket, make sure to choose 【Hengshan West Station】, this station is just a 10-minute drive from the foot of the mountain. Don't buy the wrong ticket for another station far from the scenic area ❷Remember to buy round-trip tickets in advance, especially the tickets for the weekend are very tight, remember to reserve time for descending the mountain, don't be too rushed 2️⃣About accommodation If conditions permit, you must stay in a homestay halfway up the mountain. We didn't make a strategy and randomly booked a homestay at the foot of the mountain. Although the boss was very enthusiastic to pick up the station, it took at least 5 hours to walk up the mountain from the foot of the mountain, and it took longer in snowy days😭 ‼️And there are no buses in windy and snowy weather, it took 2.5 hours to walk to the halfway pavilion, and half of the legs and feet were wasted (if you live at the foot of the mountain, it is strongly recommended to take a private car to carpool up to halfway up the mountain, which can save a lot of physical strength) ✅If you live halfway up the mountain, you can climb the mountain very early, and it will take more than two hours to reach the top of the mountain. There are fewer people along the way, and whether it is taking pictures or watching the scenery, the experience is excellent 3️⃣About equipment ❶After going there, I realized the importance of quick-drying clothes. The process of climbing the mountain is really hot and wearing too much will sweat. If the sweat can't dry, it's easy to catch a cold ❷Gloves don't seem to be very useful on the way up the mountain, but the temperature is quite low when you get to Nantianmen. If you take pictures, your hands will be very cold, so you have to prepare ❸The ice claws sold on the roadside personally feel very chicken ribs. The first pair fell off after less than five minutes of walking. It took half a day to react. The funniest thing is that I saw at least 20 lost ice claws along the way.
