Maeklong Railway Market in Thailand

Pretty sure you are familiar with this train and railway market in Thailand. I mean who isn’t? These are all over travel pages and bloggers’ post. Nothing fancy you may say but why are these so popular? From experience, I feel like these preserve the humble beginnings of the beautiful Thailand. By allowing to still operate even if they have the ability to maybe relocate the market and replace old trains with new ones, is such an amazing way for them to keep their history ♥️ When we visited there, we had the chance to ride the train and pass the railway market then after we got off the train, we waited for another one so we could see how the vendors fold/keep their tents to allow the train to pass by. So cool to see how fast they are to keep their tents and so quick for them to get the tents back standing and continue selling.
