Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Sheraton PJ

Rating: 5/5 I recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Sheraton PJ, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The reception staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a delicious cake—a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued as guests. Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly. While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable.
