Getting There - Train and walk Attractions - Sakura Blossom, temples, shrines Highlights - hiking up & down on Yoshinoyama Rating - 10/10 (personal rating) One of the most favorite place i've ever been, Yoshinoyama in Spring season (late March to early April) was too fantastic to describe in any word. Walking under thousands of the blooms got me overwhelmed, such like i was walking in heaven.

Yoshino mountain is located at Nara, Japan. It has been Japan's most famous cherry blossom viewing spot. Yoshinoyama's cherry blossoms typically start opening in late March or early April and reach full bloom around early to mid April. But regardless of the season Mount Yoshino is not a dissapoontment. When you get there you must not miss one of the most sacred spots for Shugendo, a syncretic mix of Buddhism and Shinto, see the stunning seasonal changes on the mountain, and ride the ropeway to get the best view from the mountain. #givethanks #givethanks
