Christmas in New York
Spending the most wonderful time of the year in New York is an amazing experience. The weather is incredibly cold and there are tons of Christmas lights put up all around the city. There was one gigantic Christmas tree in the middle of the square next to an ice-skating rink. It was one of our most magical and memorable sights.
Most ice-skating rinks require an entry fee and many of the major parks also have larger-than-life Christmas decor to fit the season. However, it can get very crowded at some places, making hard to move and get to where you need to be.
My overall rating of the experience: 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A place with a special charm. We traveled for the third week of September and the weather helped too much to visit this nice place
The Top of the Rock Observation Deck is considered the first viewing platform in New York. From here, you can get a panoramic view of Manhattan. It is also close to the Empire State Building, providing awesome views of the urban landscape at dusk. You take the elevator to the 67th floor, then head up to the terrace. This floor is partially covered with glass. If this won't work for your photos, just go upstairs for a great vantage point.
Sure #newyorkcity can be cold in the winter, but come on, is there a better place for holiday magic than in Rockefeller Center? A few years ago we did the whole shebang. The Top of the Rock, skating at the rink, tickets to the Rockettes! It was a great time. Some people say New York City isn't a real #HolidayVacation destination, but they're wrong. :-)

📍Rockefeller Center, New York City
Truly amazing experience here in Rockefeller Center of New York City. Located in the heart of New York City, Rockefeller Center truly lives up to its name and reputation with the stunning buildings and there’s so much to look and visit! Visitors alike and locals could easily spend the entire day here and never get bored. There are plenty of stores to visit, an ice skating rink in the open area in the middle of New York City, with one of the most beautiful observatory deck: Top of the Rock. The energy and vibrancy of this area was awesome and buzzing, is indeed one of the must visit destination for anyone visiting New York City! An absolute gem in the heart of New York!
Rockefeller Center
#newyorktrip I had the unforgettable experience of visiting Rockefeller Center during Christmas, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The Christmas tree, adorned in all its splendor, served as a breathtaking centerpiece for the festivities, especially with the enchanting ice skating rink below, creating an iconic New York Christmas scene.
It's worth noting that the area can get quite crowded, especially during the nightly tree-lighting. To fully capture the beauty of the moment, I recommend finding a good spot ahead of time to ensure an unobstructed view of the illuminated tree. Despite the crowds, the magical ambiance of Rockefeller Center during Christmas is a must-see, making it a cherished memory for any visitor

Beautiful Christmas Tree at Rockefeller
Holiday Lights at Rockefeller Center NY
We traveled for thanksgiving and we’re able to see all these lights already set up! The tree was currently being build at the time.
🪟Window displays: These displays were amazing. Note that it can get pretty crowded as everyone is trying to take pictures at the same time. Also some will like to take pictures in front of the windows with their families. Be prepared for the big crowds and bumping into people. If traveling with kids please keep them close at all times.
🎶Musical lights: there are crowds in front recording the musical and enjoying hot coco. It will be hard to get by the area where the angels are that would be the best angle to grab the beautiful musical and great content.
📝Tips: arrive early to have a great spot (5 ish sound good) layer up it trying to be there with family and enjoy hot coco while watching the musical.
Rate of this years display: 4⭐️

The rockefeller centre in New York is built by the Rockefeller family. This high rise building can be interesting to go. As for me, I came here to check the architectural design of the place. Overall, it is a nice place and worth to go. #wintergetaway

Get off at station 47-50 and you will be close to the Nintendo Store at Rockefeller Center. It is basically a Nintendo Museum. You can see huge mock ups of your favorite characters and also old and collectable games, consoles and remember old times.....memories #wintergetaway

Many people go to New York to choose to climb the top of the Empire State Building. The Empire State Building is indeed famous. Many movies are filmed in the Empire State Building, so most people come to New York to choose to board the Empire State Building. I think if you are against the Empire State Building, No special feelings, the Rockefeller Center next door is no less than the choice of the Empire State Building. The name of the observation deck of the
Imperial Building is called the Top of the Rock. The name is already domineering, and the scenery above is more domineering.
One side overlooks the entire Central Park, and the other side can see the Empire State Building next door, which is very domineering. The
viewing platform is divided into several layers. The glass below is covered. The upper floor is more open but there are more people. If you want to take pictures, go upstairs!
Photos tips: There is a large glass in the stairwell leading to the highest floor. There is a platform below. Sitting on the camera can make a great effect!
It is recommended that everyone climb to the top around 5 o'clock so that you can see the scenery during the day, you can see the sunset, you can also see the night scene, and return the fare!
Transportation: Take the subway B, D, F, Q line to 4750st. Get off at the station, or take the subway N, W, R line to 49st.
Tickets: Observatory Adult 32
Time: 8
From sunset tonight, New York's black gold into gold color, leaving only light in this world.
The Rockefeller Center is known as one of the greatest urban plans of the 20th century. The complete mall and office building has made Midtown Manhattan the second downtown city in New York after Wall Street.
Manhattan has two viewing platforms: Rockefeller Center and Empire State Building. The main building of Rockefeller Center is 260 meters high and has 70 floors. The viewing platform on the roof provides a bird's eye view of Manhattan. It is the best view of Manhattan. The platform is much better than the Empire State Building, because you can take the Empire State Building and Central Park!
Standing at the top, you will find that the city of New York is more vulnerable than Tokyo. The
Rockefeller Center has a three-story viewing platform on the roof. The third and second floors have glass walls. The top floor has no obstacles at all. It is very convenient to take pictures.
Entering the viewing platform from the third to the last level, there is no need to stay on the third and second floors, and there is no need to take pictures. Because there is a glass wall, it is not clear, and the flash is reflective. Go straight to the top floor, there is no obstacle on the top floor, just take it, the effect is very good.
