City of Pagodas: Mandalay
A trip to Myanmar is a journey of the soul and Buddhist culture, washing away the restlessness deep in the soul and making it more peaceful and joyful.
Mandalay, Mandalay Province, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the second largest city in Myanmar, is not only the economic, political, and cultural center of Myanmar, but also a famous city of pagodas and a tourist destination.
Mahagandayon Monastery, also known as the Thousand Monks Monastery. It is the largest monastery in Myanmar. Every morning, tourists from all over the world gather here to witness the shocking scene of thousands of monks having meals together. There are no restrictions on vegetarian or non-vegetarian food in Myanmar's monasteries, and the monks eat whatever they receive as alms. There are two meals a day, at 4am and 10am, and only water can be consumed outside of these times.
Emerald Buddha Pagoda, the only pagoda in the world built entirely of emerald. At night, the emerald body emits a soft green light, bringing a sense of peace and tranquility to people.
Ubun Bridge, the world's longest century-old pomelo wood bridge. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world to watch the sunset. As the sun sets in the west, standing on the wooden bridge with your loved one, basking in the afterglow, it is so romantic and happy that it is also known as the "Lovers' Bridge" by the locals.
Mandalay Palace is mainly red and gold in color, showing the noble temperament of the royal family. Although it is not as luxurious as other palaces, it is particularly grand. Climbing the tower, the entire palace is in full view, leaving nothing to the imagination.
Gudutao Pagoda, meaning "the greatest merit pagoda in the world", has 729 cloud stone tablets inside, on which the Tripitaka is carved. If a person reads for 8 hours a day, it would take more than 400 days to finish reading them all. These stone tablets are also known as "the greatest books 📖".
Golden Palace Monastery, a stunning masterpiece of zelkova wood architecture. Originally a golden palace, after years of wind and sun, the golden color has faded, leaving only black memories: the carved figures on the wooden doors and windows are arranged in an orderly and three-dimensional manner, making this 150-year-old monastery a classic of wood carving architecture.
Beautiful Sunset at U Bein Bridge
U Bein Bridge has become one of Myanmar’s iconic landmarks, the bridge was constructed in the 1850s by a mayor, built out of 1, 086 posts, total length 1,200 meters acrosses the Lake Taunghthaman in Amarapura, and is believed to be the oldest & longest teakwood bridge in the world, the surface planks are from the old royal palace of Inwa.
I went there on January, because the weather is more cooler. The best time to see the most beauty of U Bein Bridge is in the sunset time, the slanting rays of the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky, gorgeous & peaceful, certainly becomes the most hunted photographed site for tourists and even locals.😉😎

THE OLDEST & LONGEST TEAKWOOD BRIDGE
A day in Mandalay to cap off my trip in Burma. 🇲🇲
📍 U-Bein Bridge is a crossing that spans the Taungthaman Lake near Amarapura in Myanmar. The 1.2-kilometre bridge was built around 1850 and is believed to be the oldest and longest teakwood bridge in the world. This spot remains one of the most beautiful sunsets I gazed on! 🌅
The Taungthaman Lake is near the ancient capital of Amarapura, and the bridge spans it. It was once the royal capital, but it has now been merged into Mandalay. The bridge was built around 1850 and is named for U Bein, the mayor who commissioned it. (U is a Burmese honorific that is essentially equivalent to Mister, except that it is earned rather than given, and it denotes someone who is esteemed in the community.)
Although parts of the original pillars have been rebuilt with concrete, the structure was originally made of salvaged teak from a nearby palace. However, a surprising number of the wooden pillars survive, giving the bridge its shaky appearance.
The bridge is still widely used by local pedestrians, but it is also a popular tourist attraction, particularly after sunset. Tourist-chartered small wooden boats glide under and around the bridge, lining up on the western side just as the sun sets behind the bridge's shadow.
The western bank is congested with souvenir dealers, tour bus drivers killing time, and restaurants.

Ubuntu Bridge, a must-see attraction in Myanmar, is beautiful when it comes to suffocation
mentioning Burma. Many people will want to go to Ubuntu Bridge, which is known as the "Love Bridge." I am no exception. I came to Myanmar with my sister paper on the first day. I have seen many Raiders praise the sunset of Ubuntu Bridge, but I want to say that the sunrise is really good. Unfortunately, my camera is out of power, I can only record the shock that I visually see! So if you come here, the battery must be ready, and the sunrise and sunset are beautiful.
As the longest teak bridge in the world, if you come early enough, you will see tourists from all over the world waiting in line at the Maha Ghanaian brothel to watch the monks line up for dinner, and then thousands of people will walk to the meal after dinner. U Bein Bridge. But the total length of 1,500 meters, I have only walked a short time. Therefore, it is recommended to come early and feel it with the people.
The beauty here is romantic. Whether you are on board or on the bridge, you even feel great when you look far away. Not far from the sunset fields or temples, they are filled with peace and warmth. The East Lake is gradually dyed with a fascinating golden rose color. Xiaguang makes this beautiful lover bridge more charming and moving. Whether you are a local believer or a tourist, bathed in this golden color, the moment of arrogance seems to be a bit greedy. From time to time, there are monks, lovers, children, hawkers, and tourists who walk slowly, occasionally laughing and laughing, and laughing a little, then let go of the mood.
is beautiful any time. If you really want to take pictures, it is best to sunrise before 11am or after 4pm. At that time, the light was not so strong and soft, and the composition was good. If it is just a pure shot, you can do it. If you want to shoot people, it is best not to be too strong. Otherwise, it's hard to sit on your face, or you can close your eyes all at once. Especially try the silhouette! Awesome.
Tips:
1With a few more hidden shoe stickers. Myanmar believes in Buddhism and does as the Romans do. Basically, you have to take off your shoes at every attraction. I am not used to always take off my shoes and bring this convenience. Not easy to be punctured.
2Ubun Bridge must rent a boat, charter a boat, and charter a boat. The important thing is said three times. The scenery on the ship and the scenery on the bridge are two extremes. If the scenery on the bridge is a hundred times shocking, then the beauty that is felt on the ship is thousands or even thousands of times! I have absolutely no exaggeration. The trunks included in the water can only be taken by boat.
3 Generally, about 10:30, a thousand people will start cooking. Don't be too close to the monks, we can go to visit and learn, but also do not bother with basic respect. You can follow them, but keep the proper distance. Especially pay attention to quiet.
4 Myanmar is super hot! Do a good job of sun protection and sun protection!
The smog and rain rushed to Mandalay, visiting the temple and Ubuntu Bridge
in Mandalay only a day in a hurry, visited the two most photographed temples, Mahamuni Pagoda Maha Muni Pagoda and Kuthodaw Pagoda Gudu Tao Pagoda!
Mahamuni Pagoda Maha Muni Pagoda is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Myanmar. When we arrived, the believers were putting gold on the Buddha statues, especially those who worship outside! The Kuthodaw Pagoda is a white tower, and the camera is particularly beautiful. Unfortunately, when we went there, it was cloudy, and it rained later, otherwise it could take half a day!
The most anticipated Ubuntu Bridge was also eclipsed by the rainy weather, but we originally planned to take a boat to see the Ubuntu Bridge sunset, which saved us! I said that there should be some regrets in the journey, and I will fill the pit again next time!
Tips:
Golden Buddha Hall women can't enter, men must have trousers, can't pack. When you are taking pictures of a Buddha, you must sit cross-legged and cannot stand!
Wuben Bridge If you rent a boat to watch the sunset, the whole boat is 10000k minimum (4 people). If it is October - the next February peak season, you must rent a boat in advance, because there are so many people!
The Ubuntu Bridge in Mandalay is one of Myanmar's landmarks and is the place where most tourists have to check in. The bridge has a long history and is made of more than 1,800 teak, each of which is expensive. In addition to tourists, there are many hawkers and buskers on the bridge.
At sunset, the popularity has gradually increased. Whether it is a pedestrian on the bridge or a tourist taking pictures under the bridge. I will stop here to watch the sunset. The water level in
May is relatively low, so most of the rivers are dry. We turned under the bridge and found a favorable position waiting for the sunset to appear.
Tips: Recently watched as winter, there is no guardrail on the bridge, and you should pay attention to safety when walking.
There are many possibilities for Ubuntu Bridge. Sunset and sunset glow will also have the most beautiful encounters...
Come to Mandalay largely because of Ubuntu Bridge, according to the friends, "In Myanmar Its not like watching the sunrise of the pagoda or watching the sunset of Ubuntu Bridge. The rest of the time is not at the hotel or just looking for a coffee shop. Because, even in winter, the maximum temperature in Myanmar at noon is more than 30 degrees, especially hot.
From the Mandalay Hotel to Ubuntu Bridge, the sunset chartered car used 20,000 kyat, equivalent to about RMB 100. Starting at four o'clock, I have been driving to Wuben Bridge for 20 minutes. I have already had a lot of people. I have to wait for more than an hour to watch the sunset. I can eat first and remember the driver's license plate number.
Ubun Bridge twists and turns, the whole journey will take half an hour to go down, stepping on the sparse wood under the feet, sometimes I feel really worried that it will fall, pay attention to safety!
There is also a saying: I don't know how many people came to Mandalay because of a bridge. In Mandalay, it was discovered that the tourists were not on the U Bein Bridge or on the way to the U Bein Bridge. A few words are enough to illustrate the greatness and influence of U Bein Bridge. As everyone knows, Myanmar is a famous "Buddhist country". Buddhism has been introduced to Myanmar for 2,500 years, and more than 80% of the people believe in Buddhism. On the land of 670,000 square kilometers in Myanmar, there are more than 3.3 million stupa of various sizes, which is called the country of Vantaa. However, Myanmar's most famous attractions are not these pagodas, but the old Ubuntu Bridge, which is known as the "Love Bridge."
Where is the Ubuntu Bridge in your heart, where?
The most beautiful sunset in Myanmar must be the Ubuntu Bridge sunset, each frame is a postcard. Ubuntu Bridge is the longest teak bridge in the world. Whenever sunset, there are a lot of photographers gathered here. The people on the bridge come and go, and the sunset is the silhouette of the local people. Rent a boat, drink a coconut juice, and enjoy the beautiful scenery in front of you...
The world’s longest teak footbridge.
#hiddengems
During my visit to U Bein Bridge, a mesmerizing structure gracefully extending across Taungthaman Lake in Myanmar, I was captivated by its rich history and unique charm. Constructed around 1850, this 1.2-kilometer marvel proudly stands as the presumed oldest and longest teakwood bridge globally. As I strolled along its weathered planks, each step felt like a journey through time, echoing tales of the past.
The bridge, adorned with its distinct teakwood allure, appeared as a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. Witnessing the sun setting behind its silhouette cast a magical glow over the lake, leaving an indelible impression of tranquility and antiquity. U Bein Bridge revealed itself not only as a historic landmark but also as a timeless spectacle, etching memories of a bygone era on the canvas of my travel experiences.
Best place to enjoy the sunset view
#fallingseason
The U Bein Bridge is the longest and oldest overpass in the world. This bridge has become one of the most recognizable symbols of Burma.
Walking along this erratic, kilometer long structure at sunset and misty sunrise as fishermen cast nets, shepherds herd ducks and farmers plow their temporary flights with plows strapped to cows. Although the sunsets here are extremely beautiful, they are also crowded.
Location: Mandalay, Myanmar.
No entry fee
Taung Tha Man Lake
The famous U Bein Bridge spans across this lake. This is one of the best places in Amarapura. You can see most of the fishermen prefer wading waist-deep in the muddy water in search of fish. You can also take a boat ride along Taungthaman Lake and watch the tranquility and serenity of this beautiful lake. Especially, sunset time is the most beautiful scene.
Another kind of surprise on the journey: check-in at the Mandalay market in Myanmar.
🔅I don't know if you're like me, when traveling to a city, besides sightseeing and visiting cultural relics, you also like to stroll around the local market. I've always felt that the market is one of the best places to get to know a city.
🔅If museums are for understanding a city's history, then in my opinion, the market is for getting to know the most basic living conditions of the city at present. Here you can see the workers who struggle for a living, here you can see the residents who prepare for three meals a day, and here you can also feel the bargaining atmosphere of daily life.
🔅During the trip to the vegetable market in Mandalay, Myanmar, the vegetable market left a deep impression on me. Before departure, a friend warned me that Myanmar is dangerous and not to go to crowded and noisy places, especially areas like vegetable markets.
🔅However, for someone like me who loves the market, I wouldn't miss such a good opportunity. So I got up early for two consecutive days and went to the large market near the hotel. It's more like a large bazaar than a vegetable market. In addition to selling vegetables, there are various goods and snack shops here.
🔅The market in Mandalay looks a bit old-fashioned, mainly divided into two areas. The well-planned area is the slum area, where the goods sold are relatively high-end. The other area is a temporary area where goods are sold randomly on both sides of the dirt road.
🔅This temporary area is also my favorite area. It's very noisy here, with crowds of people packed together, but it's also where you can appreciate the most down-to-earth places in Myanmar.
🔅Here you can see the hard work of the porters, the worried stall owners with no customers, and the women still selling goods while carrying their children. Of course, the most impressive impression is that Burmese people especially like to carry heavy objects on their heads, such as a bunch of flowers, a bag of vegetables, or a bag of rice.
🔅Such market experiences are not uncommon in my travels. Although they may not offer as many attractions as conventional tourist spots, they are still the best places to get a down-to-earth feel for a city. What about you? Do you like to visit local markets when you travel?

U bein bridge in Mandalay, Myanmar. This is the most iconic bridge in the whole Myanmar. It is absolutely a must to go here during the sunset as it is exceptionally beautiful. The bridge is very long and you can see a lot of people crossing the bridge. I will definetely return here when I visit Myanmar again. Wonderful. #wintergetaway

On the other side of the Ubuntu Bridge
Looking at the far side of the sun, there is only one small dot
to an open field of view
Looking late for the sun
Slowly falling in the bush
That moment
If there is a sword
I am the knight between the heavens and the earth
only on the road
even just a lost sunset
can make you feel

Ubun Bridge is the best sunset spot for Mandalay to miss, and specially came here before sunset.
Ubun Bridge is all wooden frame structure, there is no guardrail on both sides of the bridge, I think local people should swim. There are many people under the bridge on the Ubuntu Bridge. I can't swim, I always walk in the middle of the bridge, for fear of accidentally falling off the bridge.
The river under the Wuben Bridge is very muddy, but the boat on the water is very bright. Like the Burmese, although the urban environment is very backward, everyone is happy and optimistic.
Myanmar women used to use their heads to top things. In Myanmar, you can often see a large round tray on the head of a woman, and everything on the tray. A mat will be placed between the tray and the head so that it does not slip. Probably the habit of topping things all the year round, so I feel that everyone who is top of things is very stable and will not shake.
The road to the back is drawn to the fishermen who are fishing in the water. His skin was tanned and dark, holding an iron cage and slamming it into the water, and the whole person dive into the water. The afterglow of the setting sun splatters on the water, sparkling, such a beautiful scenery, he has no time to appreciate, people who have been bent over by life, probably only the word "survival" in their hearts.
In Myanmar, there is such a saying: "I don't know how many people came to Mandalay because of a bridge. In Mandalay, tourists are not on the Ubunt Bridge, or on the way to Ubunt Bridge." In this way, the Ubuntu Bridge, which was born for the silhouette, is the longest teak bridge in the world. It is also called the "Love Bridge" by the Burmese. In Mandalay, those who fall in love must come to Ubuntu Bridge. Ubuntu Bridge has the most beautiful sunset glow in the world, and it is also the most unforgettable silhouette of photography lovers.
##
Wuben Bridge Sunrise, the longest teak bridge in the world, the legend is that Dali Princess and the Burmese prince met here, the Myanmar version of the broken bridge Xu Xianbai Niangzi love story.
The Ubuntu Bridge near the sunset is almost crowded with people, locals, tourists, and monks intertwined, the bridge is bustling, and the crowds come and go. Built by Mindong Wang of the Gongbang Dynasty, Ubuntu Bridge is 1.2 kilometers long and is the longest teak bridge in the world. I have seen too many photos about Ubuntu Bridge, but it has always been a must-see destination in my heart and I want to see it with my own eyes. For me, the sunrise and sunset of Ubuntu Bridge is the only meaning of my stay in Mandalay.
Climb the ladder from the bridge and walk up the bridge. The most attractive thing for me is the monks in dark red robes. They are old and some tender, will greet you and ask where you are from. And I will also give a good smile. In Myanmar, it is absolutely a pleasure to learn to smile at others.
The lower the sun, the lower the glory, and it just happens to get out of the clouds. As a foreground, Ubuntu Bridge is set against this piece of golden yellow, and it loses color with people and turns into a silhouette. The bridge is still coming and going. In the boat floating on the lake, people are very quiet, immersed in this sunset.
If you go to Mandalay and don't go to Ubuntu Bridge, it's almost the same as if you haven't been to the city. Ubuntu Bridge is 1,200 meters long, all built with precious teak. It lasted for more than 100 years, and the wood was not damaged. It was firmly standing on the water. People come and go on the bridge, and the bridge goes down to the boat. The young men and women on the date sit on the bridge and whisper; the new people are taking wedding photos; the boys are fishing; the children are playing in the river; the tourists are holding the camera in three steps, holding the camera and pressing the shutter.
Myanmar's local saying that Ubuntu Bridge is still a "love bridge", and the couple who walked by hand will never separate. No wonder there are many young people who use this as a meeting place. I walked all the way to the sun and slid into the lake, and the crescent moon hangs on the sky before leaving the Ubuntu Bridge.
In order to make up for yesterdays little regret, we went back to Ubuntu Bridge. The sun has not yet fallen, we still have time to walk on the bridge and wander around the bridge. Watch the locals play.
For different framing, today we took a cruise on the river. The scenery on the boat is very different. Some people took out the camera early, and some people put champagne on the boat. It was very pleasant.
Golden warm sun has already illuminated the golden light of the sky, the world is bathed in this quiet, no embarrassment, only dare not whisper loudly, as if afraid of disturbing this tranquility. The boat swayed in the oily water and made a circle of ripples.
Time is quiet, this trip is not empty.
Ubuntu Bridge was called "Love Bridge" by local Burmese people. When the bridge was first built, six pavilions were built at the end of the bridge and the bridge for pedestrians to shelter from the rain.
In the eyes of the Burmese, the six pavilions embody the "six spirits" of Buddhism.
Six and spirits are the norms of the life of the Sangha group, that is, the monks and fellow initiates (equal in precept), the body and the same living (non-infringement of behavior), mouth and innocence (speech harmony), meaning and harmony Yue (spiritually like-minded), see and solve (with consensus on ideas), benefit and equal (economically balanced distribution).
When Burmese, who are deeply influenced by Buddhist thoughts, fall in love, they will come to Ubuntu Bridge and vow to cherish these six spirits of mutual respect.
Because the time is still early, we can't wait for the sunset on the top of the mountain, because I have longed for a more attractive place - Ubuntu Bridge. As a photography enthusiast, Ubuntu Bridge is a must-see photography.
Ubuntu Bridge itself is not a worthy attraction. This centuries-old teak bridge is just a convenient way for local residents to cross the lake during the rainy season. But in the dry season, when the afterglow of the sunset shines on this land, there is a silhouette of the textbook to help the beauty. It is a paradise for photographers.
The sun has not yet fallen, and the crowded photographers are already packed under the bridge. Waiting for the care of the sun. Groups of ducklings are battling the team to return home. I will become a cross team for a while, and I will be surrounded by a group. The joy of returning home is overflowing.
Because it was late, we did not take the boat, but set up a tripod on the river beach. Meet the moment of the sunset. The river is also full of cruise ships, and the sunset in the water is not to have an experience.
Ubashi Bridge, located in the ancient city of Amarapura, is a travel business card in Myanmar. Every day, thousands of tourists come from all over the world.
Ubuntu Bridge Sunset is also the cover of the English version of LP Myanmar.
Five o'clock in the afternoon, it is the most lively moment of Ubuntu Bridge. People who watch the sunset will not be able to get through the roads nearby. The shore is also crowded with tourists who want to watch the sunset by wooden boat. The
Ubuntu Bridge is built from precious teak and is worth at least tens of billions at current prices.
Ubuntu Bridge is simple in shape, even without handrails, and has a natural quaint beauty.
You can rent a boat to go boating on the lake to see the Ubuntu Bridge sunset.
The old trees in the lake are also full of Zen.
Sunset, the lake looks like a bit of gold. The sunset of
Ubuntu Bridge is magnificent and unforgettable.
U Bein Bridge, the longest teak bridge in the world, is 1,200 meters long in Mandalay, Myanmar. Bridges, bridges, and paving boards are made of precious teak. Built in the Ming Dynasty of the Gongbang Dynasty.
Ubuntu Bridge is best for sunset and dusk, where you can see the big, round unobstructed sunset, don't miss it!
If you want to get a better camera position, it is recommended to rent a boat to the center of the river to see, usually a boat of four people, you can fight.
Also here is a 40-minute drive from the city.
The most anticipated and most disappointing thing that Mandalay was disappointing was the sunset of U Bein Bridge. Ubuntu Bridge is more than 1,200 meters long and is made of teak wood. It is one of the longest wooden bridges in the world. From the end of the Ubuntu Bridge, we crossed the river and saw many small boats in the river lined up. The tourists on the boat were all ready, just waiting to capture the most beautiful moments of the sunset, we also tried to find free The best location. Teacher Huang said that watching the sunset should be quietly watching, instead of constantly rubbing and rubbing against it, but I still can't take some pictures. The sunset here is really beautiful and warm, without a bit of sadness or loneliness.
Under the sun, the East Tower is covered with lakes, and the Ubuntu Bridge crosses it. It was built during the Mindong period of the Gongbang Dynasty. The destination is to alleviate the inconvenience caused by the rising water in the rainy season. Because the choice of precious teak as the main material of the bridge, Ubuntu Bridge is still immortal.
Transportation: Visit Ubuntu Bridge, you can charter a day, take a tour of Amalapa, Sagaing, Inwa, cost about 30,000 Kia;
You can also rent a boat to watch the sunset at Ubunt Bridge, 10000 The cover of Kea / 4 people
LP Myanmar English version is somewhat surprising, not the thousand stupas of Bagan, but the Ubuntu Bridge in the ancient city of Amarapura. The
Ubuntu Bridge was built in 1856. The bridge is 1,600 meters long and 2 meters wide. It is one of the longest wooden bridges in the world. The distance between the bridge column and the bridge column is 3 meters, and there are more than 1000 bridge columns. There is no iron nail at the junction of the whole bridge, it is all by the bucket. The bridge has experienced 150 years of ups and downs, but it is still strong. In the local area, this bridge has a nice alias - "Lover Bridge". The bridge has a length, but love is no length. The leisurely paced monks, the women who rushed home to cook, the girls who pushed the bicycles, the teenagers who leaned on the railings, and the couples who snuggled together, all bathed in the bloody sunset, immersed in intoxication. Xia Guangzheng Sheng, each thinking about their own thoughts. There is no time here, no worries, no embarrassment, only a quiet sunset, let you enjoy.
When the golden sun is printed on the U Bein Bridge, it is so beautiful. With the setting sun in the west, the figure of Ubuntu Bridge is more beautiful under the afterglow.
It is called Love Bridge by the Burmese. Every time at sunset, there will be a lot of local young couples gathering here to enjoy the beauty of the world. The Ubuntu Bridge is also the best place to watch the sunset throughout Mandalay. On the east side of Ubuntu Bridge, there are some galleries and teahouses, which are the best places to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset of Ubuntu Bridge.
On the Ubuntu Bridge, a teenager riding a bicycle. Facing this faint sun glory, the young and energetic teenager stepped on the bicycle and headed for the direction of the home.
The sisters of the three or five groups, with the dawn, set foot on their way home. At sunset, it is the most fascinating look of Ubuntu Bridge. The silhouette of the people coming and going is so beautiful.
Every day, there are countless locals on Ubuntu Bridge. They are either in groups of three or five, talking and laughing; or walking alone, thoughtfully. The Ubuntu Bridge has set off these sluts to be taller, and the monks have also adorned the Ubuntu Bridge.
In the face of the troubled world, return to the quiet heart. Many monks will walk on the bridge or stand quietly, and they are particularly quiet.
Wuben Bridge at sunset, everything is immersed in the gorgeous colors. The sunset of the Ubuntu Bridge and the monks along the bridge constitute a beautiful and harmonious picture.
The one-year-old Ubuntu Bridge is the longest teak bridge in the world, with a length of 1,200 meters. It takes at least half an hour to walk from the upper reaches of the bridge. The Ubuntu Bridge is built of precious teak, regardless of the pier, bridge or paved wooden board.
Teak for the construction of this bridge, all from the Ava Palace, built by Mindong Wang. The reason why Ubuntu Bridge is more famous is because it is called Love Bridge by the Burmese. Every sunset, there will be a lot of local young couples gathering here to enjoy the beauty of the world.
Ubuntu Bridge is also the best place to watch the sunset throughout Mandalay. On the east side of Ubuntu Bridge, there are some galleries and teahouses, which are the best places to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset of Ubuntu Bridge.
