Rip RipWas expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

Guest UserOur room wasn’t ready an hour after check-in. (They gave us a complimentary drink coupon for that.)
The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. There were few mosquitos but easily manageable, due to the cold temperature.
The public dining area was filled with live music and cheerful tourists. We loved the energetic vibes and it really made us feel we are on a vacation. At the same time we could also enjoy the serenity of the outback in our room and vicinity of the hotel.
I will definitely choose Outback Hotel if I were to come back again.

しん★I stayed here for 2 nights during my trip to Uluru. This hotel is located within Ayers Rock Resort, close to the resort's shops and supermarket. The airport shuttle and tour buses pick you up and drop you off first right outside the hotel entrance. There's also a cafe and restaurant in the hotel where I got to try kangaroo meat. There were free activities both inside and next to the hotel, so I never got bored even outside of the Uluru tours. There are several lookout points within walking distance where you can get a beautiful view of Uluru. Thank you!

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests.
for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.

Guest UserPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

Guest UserThis is the best and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in within an Australian scenic area. Many hotels near attractions I've been to are either old, in poor condition, or overpriced. The deluxe room's facilities are new, and the design is very modern and comfortable. I believe this deluxe room is well worth the price. The hotel's service was also excellent. I checked in at noon and noticed some equipment outside my room. As soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they immediately moved me to a quiet room. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting from 5:30 AM. For dinner, we ordered BBQ steak, pizza, and salad, all of which were delicious. The beer was also fragrant and tasty. The hotel even has its own observation deck where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Kings Canyon range against the sunset. The sky, lit up by the evening glow, was especially captivating. It's only a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the start of the Kings Canyon walking trail. Waking up, having a good breakfast, and then going hiking was so easy and enjoyable. If I ever get the chance to visit Kings Canyon again, I will definitely choose to stay here.
