Room was clean and comfortable. Room was close to the elevator but we didn’t hear it at all. Valet parking is pricey but worth it for us as we are an older couple. We frequently stay at the Jung when attending events at the Smoothie King Center. It’s an easy walk and there are always enough people leaving the venue at the same time that we feel safe, even at night. The Jung is also very close to the Saenger Theatre.
Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.
The whole experience was great. I received a text from someone saying if there was any thing I need let them know and sure enough I forgot my razor. I text the number and someone showed with a razor within 5 minutes.
It was Mardi Gras week and the hotel was super busy. Pool was great though it’s a little small. Location was fantastic, right smack on bourbon street. They do lack basic amenities like in-room complimentary bottled water for a four star hotel. Desire restaurant has got great food and especially the oysters.
They are also a dog friendly hotel, but pet toilet was artificial grass / green carpet located at the basement carpark, which wasn’t very convenient and it smells bad.
The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic. The elevator was a bit old and slow, but luckily there weren't many passengers. The hotel is located in the best area of New Orleans, offering excellent access to cruise lines and the airport. The bus stop for the airport is just over a hundred meters away. The cruise terminal is also conveniently accessible by walking through the connected riverside mall.

Beautiful hotel, superb and spacious room with a lovely bay window to watch the sunset.
All the comforts you could ask for. The bathroom is nice, functional, and well-stocked with high-quality products. There's also a coffee maker with coffee and tea.
The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Pure bliss!
The hotel is in a good location, suitable for citywalk. Valet parking is more convenient, and there are some large parking lots nearby for self-parking, which requires a little searching. There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel where you can buy luxury goods.
This hotel was beautiful and pictures didn’t do it justice. My husband and I came to New Orleans to elope and they were so nice to let us use their courtyard. Not only that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast and free champagne. I would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.
VVanessa RatcliffWhen I entered the room, the undeniable smell of urine perfumed the air. I looked for the source and, while getting in bed, I found it. It was the MATTRESS!!!!! I ask to place us in another room, which was accompanied with an apology. In the other room, it smelled less urine-like. YET, I lifted the blanket and noticed 2 DIRTY, I MEAN DIRTY, SOCKS that had been there since who-knows-when!!!!! This meant that the sheets were not cleaned, either!!!! We had to leave!!! This was an emergency trip and we will NEVER go here again!!!
JJINThe price of this hotel is relatively high, about 15 minutes drive from the city, but don't stay on holidays or weekends. The price of my stay on Saturday is double that of Monday (¥530 and ¥1100)
MMadison Carolyn KateCheck in was easy and staff was friendly. The hotel is only a 5 min drive from the airport. They have a shuttle that goes to/from the airport every hour. You will need to call or email after booking to get the shuttle times if you plan to use it.
SShi Luna I stayed an additional night after my initial booking. The service remained just as excellent. Ohhh ask at the front desk for assistance with a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than uber or lyft.
KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.
GGuest UserIt's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location.
The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.
GGuest UserEverything else was good, parking was expensive. But this is not a problem with this hotel, but parking is expensive throughout the city. Hotel location is good, ten minutes walk to the French-speaking area.
