The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. The showerhead was directly overhead, making it impossible to adjust the water without getting soaked. The sink was tiny, but the faucet was so long it reached the center, making it a challenge to wash your face without bumping into it, and spraying water all over the small counter. However, the service was absolutely incredible, scoring over 120 points! The front desk staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel's breakfast, lunch (light meals), afternoon tea, and even the snacks in the mini-fridge in the room were all complimentary. Breakfast was abundant, and the afternoon tea offered a great variety of snacks, including several kinds of fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room and a small gym. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Wuma Street, and you can also check out Mochi (Ink Pool) behind it. The adjacent fresh market brought back some nostalgic memories.

Checked in on May 1st, and the prices were already soaring! We stayed in a Mountain View King Room on the third floor. Since it was just two adults with no luggage, the third floor was perfect – quiet, great views, and came with a balcony and a bathtub. The environment was really nice. Honestly, the stay exceeded my expectations. The surroundings are so pleasant, like a huge botanical garden. The shuttle carts prioritize picking up and dropping off guests. All the facilities are family-friendly, like the toiletries and slippers. The only minor thing was that the hot water took a little while to come through. In the morning, we were first in line at Lumingxuan and had breakfast with the giraffes – truly an unforgettable memory!

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

Choosing this hotel for an overnight layover was a brilliant decision! The free airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, getting me to the terminal in just over ten minutes, which meant no rush to catch my flight. The room was clean and dry, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any plane noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive, with all toiletries provided, and the staff were very attentive. Plus, the price was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again for future transfers.

This is a great hotel, and I was very satisfied with my stay. It offers good value for money, and the room decor has a high-quality feel. It's not far from the West Lake core area. It's about a 600-700 meter walk from the subway station, but the facilities really live up to expectations in terms of quality. The hotel's elevator might be a bit older, but the interior is fine. The service was also quite good, giving off the vibe of a well-established four-star hotel.

Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

Seeing that our family traveled particularly intimately to help upgrade the family room, the room was cleaned very clean, the lighting and ventilation were very good, and the supplies were complete and clean. The staff is gentle and polite, and the demand response is very fast, making people feel very comfortable. Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

I chose this hotel because I had a layover and it's close to the airport. The hotel is great, really clean and quiet. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's refined and tastes delicious. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, and the driver was very friendly. He even called to let me know he'd be two minutes late for my pickup. The only downside is that even though the building isn't very tall, you have to take multiple elevators to reach your floor, which I found a bit inconvenient and unnecessary.
