The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. The showerhead was directly overhead, making it impossible to adjust the water without getting soaked. The sink was tiny, but the faucet was so long it reached the center, making it a challenge to wash your face without bumping into it, and spraying water all over the small counter. However, the service was absolutely incredible, scoring over 120 points! The front desk staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel's breakfast, lunch (light meals), afternoon tea, and even the snacks in the mini-fridge in the room were all complimentary. Breakfast was abundant, and the afternoon tea offered a great variety of snacks, including several kinds of fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room and a small gym. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Wuma Street, and you can also check out Mochi (Ink Pool) behind it. The adjacent fresh market brought back some nostalgic memories.

Our individual wooden cabin was nestled among the trees, and opening the window revealed a sea of green. The air was incredibly fresh and rejuvenating, filled with negative ions. The most unforgettable part was having breakfast with the giraffes; those gentle creatures would lean over to ask for food, making the interaction truly special. The travel photography service was also incredibly thoughtful. The photographer captured natural moments, turning the bamboo forest, the cute animals, and our laughter into stunning photos. It truly maximized our holiday happiness!

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

Every time I visit CP, I either book this hotel or the Hyatt across the street. This time, I checked in around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading me directly to a super, super spacious suite! The entrance hallway alone was about four or five meters long! I checked, and the listed price for this suite is around 1k, so even if I had booked it directly, it would still feel like great value for money! Breakfast goes until 10 AM; I don't think it's as good as the Hyatt Place Hongqiao, but it's fine since there's plenty to eat.

I had communicated my request to the front desk beforehand, and they accommodated it, so I could indeed see West Lake from the bathroom's floor-to-ceiling window. **Value for Money**: At this price, it's absolutely worth it for a weekend stay. **Breakfast**: The 48 RMB/person buffet breakfast, although featuring ordinary dishes, offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. **Wi-Fi**: You can connect using your room number; no password needed, and the speed is good. **Bed**: The king-size bed was just right in terms of firmness, if you know what I mean. **Cleanliness**: The truth is in the details; every nook and cranny was very clean. (I checked thoroughly). **Room View**: Because the hotel's upper floors have a circular cross-section, only some rooms offer a West Lake view. **Location & Transport**: From Hangzhou Station, take Metro Line 1 for one stop to Ding'an Road Station, then walk a bit, and you'll arrive in about 16 minutes. Walking to West Lake takes less than ten minutes. **Overall**: The decor, dating back about ten years, feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained rather than worn out. The cleanliness details reflect the hotel's excellent management. **Highlights**: Details like the direct drinking water, smart toilet, plastic slippers, and two umbrellas in the room show the hotel's continuous efforts to keep up with the times and improve service. **Suggestion**: Adding a shoehorn would be a good idea.

Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

Seeing that our family traveled particularly intimately to help upgrade the family room, the room was cleaned very clean, the lighting and ventilation were very good, and the supplies were complete and clean. The staff is gentle and polite, and the demand response is very fast, making people feel very comfortable. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

I checked in at night and was worried about my perishable items, so the front desk kindly offered to store them in the fridge for me. They even upgraded me to a huge room with an amazing view, free of charge! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, including several meat dishes and plenty of fruit. You can also get fresh noodles or rice vermicelli cooked on the spot, and the coffee is rich and aromatic. The hygiene was impeccable. Plus, the subway is nearby, just one stop from the airport. You can also take the subway one stop to the next village to buy groceries. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
