The general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.

Service: This hotel is impeccable in all aspects, the location is first-class, the turn is the entrance of the cathedral and the park, there are also Chinese food nearby, the room is large, the facilities are complete, the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the supply is sufficient, especially the calf croissant I love. There is still some late! Stayed here for six days, the breakfast main course is basically not heavy. Worth staying

I stayed in this hotel and I am very happy to picked Uniparkoroverde. Very good staff friendly worms make you feel you are in your home. Location was great very close to Malcolm area so you can go walk and a lot of restaurants and activity.Jacuzzi, which it helped me a lot after 32 hours flight make me relax. Very good buffet breakfast in the morning,it was delicious. in all I had a great time stayed with them. Thank you Unipark oro verde

They will check if there is anything missing from the room during your check-out so please make sure you inform them immediately when getting into the room and you dont see anything. My case, they were looking for the feet towel which I did not get it at the beginning. No one is going to steal used dirty feet towel back home, I would say this is probably a bag management from the front desk and house keeping people. Hot water in the shower was not working in my room. Breakfast was terrible, bad quality of ingredients. However, the price is reasonable and it has a good location. WIFI was strong. Great option for overnight transit.

The hotel is located close to the airport and bus station. Taxi drivers know it well. A nighttime ride costs $10. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has hot water and necessary toiletries. We want to say a big thank you to Christian, who warmly welcomed us after midnight, helped with our luggage, and in the morning he fed us a delicious breakfast. We recommend this small but cozy and welcoming hotel. The only drawback is that it is impossible to reach the hotel at the number provided after 10 PM.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is expensive. Facilities: Basically everything is provided, except that slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, but minibags, refrigerators, and coffee machines are provided. this is not bad. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. After breakfast, the aunt came over and cleaned the room. Environment: The key point is that it is next to the largest shopping mall in the area. You can walk directly to the shopping mall on the second floor of the hotel without leaving the house. There are all supermarkets for food, drink and entertainment, which is safe and convenient. Recommended if you are traveling. Service: The service is very good. It is the only hotel in Guayaquil that has a waiter at the front desk to help you carry your luggage to the room. The important thing is that he ran away without asking for a tip. I gave him 1 dollar after I called to stop.

The Hilton Colón needs a renovation. They haven't done anything in 10 years, and improvements are already needed. The safe gave me problems, and I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as the raspberries had mold. Being able to make fresh fruit and vegetable juice is great. The power went out three times in one night, and the generator took a couple of minutes to start up. The airport shuttle works very well.

The hotel is about 3 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the Mall del Sol. The staff at the reception (and also on the phone before my arrival) has been incredibly friendly and helpful: thank you so much! The room was big, full of light, very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a handy and welcome treat. All in all, great hotel.
