Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

Just got to Palangka Raya from a long haul. When we entered the hotel, we smell nice ambiance in the lobby that felt welcoming. The beed was nice and comfy, the non-smoking room also smell fresh. The staffs also very nice. Very recommended 👌🏽

GGuest UserI informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused.
Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way.
Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.
