GGuest UserLocated in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

ZZhongyeあずさThis hotel is located in the heart of Hiroshima, but it's a bit far from the main tram lines. If you're coming from Hiroshima Station by bus, you'll need to plan your timing carefully or be prepared for a short walk after getting off. The nearest tram stop is about a 10-minute walk, which is reasonable. However, if you're arriving late at night or returning late after sightseeing, make sure to factor in the extra time. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The hotel also offers complimentary welcome drinks at the restaurant next to the lobby from 2 PM to 11 PM, which is a nice relaxing space after a day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent, with a rotating selection of Hiroshima's local specialties every day, such as okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and beef tendon stew. The hotel has a laundry room with reasonable prices and combined washer-dryer machines, which is very convenient as you don't need to transfer clothes. If you plan to do laundry, I recommend going in the late afternoon as it gets very busy in the evenings. Overall, this is a great hotel with a very reasonable price.

GGuest UserI picked the hotel for the location, this year my remit for hotels was to be as close to the beach as possible. The entrance is pretty spectacular, a shop and a cafe on the ground floor.
There is a gym and an onsen (I couldn't go in as I am covered in tattoos - this is a normal rule in the onsen's. If you have tattoos and are not aware of this you should be travelling around Japan) There are multiple restaurant's on different floors. Hands down the best was the sky lounge on the 23rd floor amazing views and a selection of food either buffet style or an a la carte menu.
I need to come back to sample the other restaurants, staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location not too far from the city and the peace museum, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel my trip this morning to the station was so easy, taxi door to door. If you go I urge you to walk around the island as well wonderful views with little sandy areas to sit and relax.

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Despite being located on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet during my weekday night stay, with minimal foot traffic and vehicle noise. Another convenient feature was the direct access from the hotel's first floor to the adjacent convenience store. Should I return to Hiroshima, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe single room was quite good; it was compact but still had enough space, which is pretty decent for a Japanese hotel. The best feature of the room was the abundance of power outlets everywhere – very modern and meets the current need for charging multiple devices. This definitely deserves a thumbs-up.
Furthermore, it was clean and generally quiet, and one of the pillows was a memory foam pillow, which was a nice touch.
Of course, the hotel's biggest advantage is its convenience, as it's directly connected to Hiroshima Station. If you exit the central passage's North Exit, turn left, and go to the end of the corridor, you'll find the hotel's second floor. Hiroshima Station itself is a major commercial hub with everything you could need, so it's incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hiroshima.

GGuest UserThis place is lovely, the staff are nice and hot water and microwaves are available which was so handy. I do not recommend this place for light sleepers though as I was kept awake by guests coming and going at all times of the night and morning with their noisy luggage (as the storage is below the bed) and also housekeeping stripping the beds from before 10am.

У меня не было балкона, но вид был отличный!! Ещё в отеле есть Онсен с шикарным видом. Я была счастлива обнаружить это после долгого и сложного дня. Спасибо большое!!!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and its location is excellent. It's right next to a subway station, making commuting to various client sites incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was great for daily essentials. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, always neat and dry, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long day. The front desk staff were polite and professional; they handled luggage storage, check-in, and check-out very efficiently. The room's facilities were comprehensive, meeting both my work and relaxation needs. Overall, it's perfect for business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Tokyo/Hiroshima. Highly recommended for anyone traveling for business.

GGuest UserRoom: have to make the bed and then strip it yourself. just a bit of a faff having to clamber about the small space after a long day. curtain doesn't fully reach the edges so hard to get changed in private . decent room for luggage. it was quite warm. no hooks just one single hanger. Bathroom: shower temperature and pressure bit finicky but not too bad. 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo, no conditioner. relatively good hairdryer . Security: lock on hostel and on female dorm room. Amenities: washing machine seemed ridiculous - when I got in it had 2h51 to go?!? I checked back a few times and it was never done, and it got too late for me to bother waiting for it to finish as I needed to go to bed and didn't want to leave my stuff unattended .I think there's only one washing machine so if you need to wash your clothes you're probably better off going somewhere else or checking for nearby laundry places. Location: its alright. 30min from station by walking or 25 by bus. near shopping district so lots of shops and restaurants . Other: small kitchen area with all the basics. restrictive timings - I think if you come in past 10pm you have to go via the car park and you can't get into the hostel between 1am-8am
