22nomaziWe really loved our hotel room — it was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.
The location is great as well: very close to the Ajung lake and in a quiet, peaceful area. The breakfast was excellent, perfect for starting an active day. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserGood: Location, right in front of the KTX station.
Cleaning of the room was done well.
Washing machine in the room, great.
Good free parking spaces.
Close to the local bus stop.
Comment to the management
1. Staff should assigned quiet room at the check in as requested, rather than first room from the elevator.
2. Bathroom was great and clean except only one large bath towel provide. I asked about it and that is their management policy even 2 people in the room. Hotel should accommodate the guests not the other way around.
3. Bed was clean but when I was in the bed, I could smell something old from the pillow itself not the case or sheet. You need to replace some of those old stinky pillows.
4. The outside of 16th floor near elevator had overnight whirring sound like big fan and kept me awake middle of night. It also turned my entrance light by sound and could not turn it off until that noise level came down around 6 AM. Your staff said could not locate the cause but offered changing my room.

The location is excellent, right near the Jeonju Express Bus Terminal where you arrive by express bus from Incheon Airport.
There are convenience stores in the terminal and surrounding area, so it's safe even late at night.
The hotel's reception was unattended, and I was instructed to call, which was inconvenient, but I was able to wait in the lobby area. The building and interior are new and very comfortable. The reception staff were kind and explained everything carefully using a translation device. The room was clean and comfortable. I think it's ideal for one or two people.

GGuest UserI usually worry a bit about soundproofing and cleanliness when staying in Hanok (traditional Korean house) accommodations, but this place is incredibly well-maintained! First off, there's a signature scent, I think? It smells amazing. And the bathroom and jacuzzi area are sparkling clean, not a speck of water stain anywhere! The cleanliness really shows how much the owner cares about the guesthouse, and I had such a comfortable stay throughout my trip!

ちちいかわゼリーI was looking around, not knowing where the entrance was, when the owner, perhaps having seen me from somewhere, came out and helped me with my luggage. Even though it was before check-in time, they showed me how to unlock the gate and guided me to my room. The owner was incredibly cheerful and wonderful. Although we knew a little Korean, they made a great effort to communicate with us using a translation app, making the check-in process very enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, with absolutely nothing to complain about. The bathroom was spotless, though it didn't have a bidet and you couldn't flush toilet paper. There was a partition between the toilet and shower, so the sink area didn't get wet. The owner's personality was simply the best; when they called a taxi for us to leave, they chatted with us until our departure and saw us off. The location was also superb. If I ever go to Jeonju again, I would definitely want to stay here. Just one small thing... the futon mattress was a bit thin... but that was completely overshadowed by what a wonderful hanok stay it was.

SShinjahIt was truly wonderful! My husband and I booked this place because we wanted to explore Jeonju Hanok Village, and it couldn't have been better. The owner was so kind, and breakfast was included at an affordable price. It was also really fun to prepare our own breakfast. It was also very close to the Hanok Village, which was great. I wish you continued success!

GGuest UserHad a pleasant and comfortable stay. I really liked the hanok (traditional Korean house) style interior. It's super convenient as Pungnammun Gate, Gaekridan-gil, and the Hanok Village are all within a 10-minute walk.

Ttc80excellent location at the entrance of the hanok village. room is clean and spacious. bedsheet looks abit worn out as i spotted some small holes. that said, everything in the room was clean. gym is spacious and reasonably equipped. hotel front desk is helpful. lobby is spacious and modern, with a cafe/bookstore. plenty of seats in the lobby while waiting for check in.
