This is a good apart-hotel. The service was good (P.S. when we checked in, the AC remote was missing, but after a call to reception, they resolved it in literally 20 minutes). Regarding the room: overall it was clean, though some areas (the bottom of door frames, metal elements of the glass partitions in the shower) were a bit worn out. It had everything we needed: a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shampoo, shower gel, soap (enough for the duration of our stay), a hairdryer (I'm not sure if all rooms have the same type, but for women trying to dry/style their hair, you'll have to continuously hold down the power button), an iron (a good one, it ironed everything perfectly), an ironing board, and an extra pillow. The room was quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only thing was that our window faced a football field, so we could hear training sessions and see floodlights until around 11 PM, but I wouldn't say it was a major disturbance. On the ground floor, there's a lounge area, co-working spaces for laptops, a food court, a small shop with ready-made food/drinks/snacks, restrooms, an ATM (Bank T), a gym, a small inner courtyard, and a sports ground. Transportation access was also not an issue: you can walk to places or take public transport to your desired destination.

A great hotel in the north of the city. Clear, modern. The style of the apartments. There are all the most necessary. Near the metro and shops. For the first trip, it is not the best area. But if you want the price/quality ratio - approx.

The location is excellent, with beautiful river views from the window, but unfortunately, the hot water was out that day, and the water always had a fishy smell. The soundproofing in the room was also mediocre; I could hear the Russians next door talking all night. The front desk will ask for a residence permit upon check-in, which costs 300 rubles. The hotel offers luggage storage.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. The room had everything we needed: bathrobes, slippers, disposable toothbrushes and soap, plenty of towels, a coffee machine with capsules, tea, and water. BUT! We booked our next night directly through the hotel's official website, and half of the amenities listed above were missing in that room, plus the room itself was more worn out. So, I highly recommend booking through Trip; our room was cheaper, and we had the best experience with the service! The view from the window is great, and the room itself is stylish and quite functional. There's a bar on the ground floor, common areas for relaxing, and a rental service for various essential household items. The hotel also offers free luggage storage for guests, which is a huge plus 👍🏼. It's about a 15-minute walk from the subway, and right behind the hotel, there's a Hyper Lenta supermarket where you can buy everything you need.

Great location, friendly service. Overall, everything is comfortable and clean. Cons: The description says the pool and spa are included in the price. In reality, only three hours from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. are free. Other times require an additional fee. Of course, if you want to use the sauna, you can pay extra—it's not much—but it left an unpleasant feeling of being scammed. If you like to breathe, you'll have problems. The ventilation system clearly can't cope. The air is stale; you have to get used to living in hypoxia. The windows don't open, so it's hard to breathe.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was essentially a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It was very spacious, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a large sofa. Daily housekeeping was provided. It was perfect for someone who likes to prepare simple meals, truly feeling like a temporary home in St. Petersburg. The hallways were adorned with many oil paintings, and the staff were highly professional with excellent English. Luggage storage was also available. Since it was late March, early spring, the price was very reasonable, around 300 RMB per night. However, I chatted with one of the staff members, and he mentioned that during peak season, the price can be more than triple that – so I really lucked out!

我幾乎不寫評價的，但是這家公寓酒店必須推薦！ 1. 24小時前台！（坐的smartivia航班。。。推遲了5小時，凌晨才到，還好有24小時前台）有遊客住的民宿，凌晨入住不了，在寒風中凌亂 2. whatsapp聯繫前台，有問必答 3. 鍋碗瓢盆，玻璃杯，咖啡杯，刀子叉子，剪刀案板，油，煎鍋，煮鍋，電磁爐，微波爐，冰箱，洗潔精，洗碗巾一應俱全！ 4. 廁所還放了護墊！！ 5. 房間還放了地圖 6. 還有歡迎卡，還有酒店手繪明信片！！！ 7. 前台都特別漂亮或者帥氣！而且都會英語！！哪怕英語不是很流利，也會用翻譯軟件耐心溝通 8. 850盧可以買早餐（在隔壁小樓5層！吃不慣西餐麼我們就靠早上吃早餐，晚上自己煮點東西活着哈哈） 9. 對了！最重要的是地理位置絕了！！！！景點幾乎都能走着去！！！500米滴血大教堂，800米冬宮，1公里喀山大教堂！！！ 聖彼得堡是一座非常漂亮有設計有規劃的城市！因為這個酒店，我都捨不得了！ （房間可以住三個人。有兩個大床，一個宿舍那種小床）

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. There's a mall across the street with a wide variety of dining options, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel.
