This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

I brought my mom along for this trip, and we booked this guesthouse online without much prior research, as we usually stay in hotels. I must say, it turned out to be excellent value for money! The owner mentioned it wasn't too busy, so they kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were great. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. Even though the weather wasn't great and our vacation time was limited, we still managed to go hiking. The owner even waited for us at the bus station when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. He drove us to the guesthouse. In the mornings, we tried not to disturb anyone and left early. The guesthouse is also very close to the scenic spots.

I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool.

My stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

Very nice hotel. Lovely staff - very helpful, loads of advice on where to find the tastiest food in Xi’an. The bath in our room was very big and comfortable. Big bed with very soft sheets. Amazing location - 2 minutes from an entrance to the wall. Loads of great food. Treats, eye mask and ear plugs provided (in the mornings it’s a little noisy outside from the food stalls). The cats are all lovely. The hotel provides some cat food to feed the cats. Highly recommend.

The experience at W Xi'an was perfect, offering both excellent accommodation and fantastic travel photography! I was very happy with the complimentary Jinghong travel photoshoot; the photographer was friendly and highly skilled. The hotel's design uniquely blends cyberpunk trends with elements of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The rotating staircase in the lobby, the outdoor W landmark, the 'starry sky' pool, and the guest room's scenic balcony are all popular spots for photos. You can snap pictures all day, and the nighttime lighting and shadows are particularly stunning, allowing you to capture a full set of travel blockbusters without even leaving the hotel. The guest rooms offer superb views, directly facing Qujiang Lake. In the evening, you can watch the Big Wild Goose Pagoda light show from the comfort of your bed. The bedding and bathroom hardware are premium, and the smart lighting creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff are warm and attentive, and breakfast includes local specialty snacks. The hotel also boasts a comprehensive range of facilities, including a pool and a bar. If you're traveling to Xi'an and want to combine a comfortable stay with high-quality photos, this hotel is definitely my top recommendation, especially for tourists who love taking pictures!

Hands down the most surprising hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an – Zhiyin (Big Wild Goose Pagoda & Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City branch). ✅ unbeatable location: A 3-minute walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, 5 minutes to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and close to the subway station. Getting around is super convenient. ✅ stunning environment: A tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Only 30 rooms are spread across a 3000㎡ courtyard, featuring bamboo groves, flowing water, red walls, and green tiles. Every step reveals a new picturesque view, perfectly capturing the Wabi-sabi Tang Dynasty aesthetic. ✅ room experience: I booked a pagoda-view room. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and the light show at night. Lying in bed and gazing at the thousand-year-old pagoda was incredibly therapeutic. The room boasts smart home features, a KingKoil mattress, and branded toiletries – attention to detail is superb. ✅ thoughtful service: The butler was enthusiastic. We were welcomed with hot tea upon check-in, enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea, and even had hot noodle soup late at night. It felt as warm and comforting as coming home. If you're coming to Xi'an, Zhiyin is an absolute must-book!

This hotel has a fantastic location and a really classy name! My colleague and I were on a business trip from Hanzhong and decided to stay at the Honglu Hotel. We were very impressed. It's right next to Xiaonanmen, so there's a lively morning market and night market nearby. Plus, the city wall is right outside the entrance. The front desk staff were lovely and provided excellent service; they even helped us with our luggage when we checked out. And when we left something behind, they helped us mail it back! So grateful! 🙏

Hotel Experience Sharing The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center with an abundance of restaurants and shopping options nearby. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and professional. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and clean, neat bedding. The room was well-equipped with amenities including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and an LCD TV. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the toiletries were of high quality. Although the room's soundproofing was generally good, the traffic noise from outside the window was still a bit disturbing at night. The hotel's dining service was equally satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from freshly baked pastries to authentic local delicacies, catering to all tastes. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing additional convenience for guests. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers.
