My girlfriend and I came from Xi'an to Mount Hua. The owner was super nice and picked us up directly from the station. The B&B is really close to the scenic area, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, they offer free shuttle service for out-of-town guests like us, which was incredibly helpful. The B&B also has its own restaurant, serving homestyle dishes and local specialties – everything was clean, affordable, and delicious. Our room was clean and bright, the environment was quiet, and we got a really good night's sleep. The owner's service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. This place offers amazing value for money, I honestly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, and Guangning Gate. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. The restaurant's buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff are all warm, attentive, and quick to respond. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk for her incredibly welcoming reception – my experience was absolutely perfect! I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back next time!

I stayed at North Shore Yunjing with my parents, and they were very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied with the mattress. The toilet in the house was very advanced and had a cleaning function, which was great! I saw that some elders also provided us with buckwheat pillows and footbaths. It was really thoughtful! We loved it. The breakfast selection was very rich, especially various fruits, noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, yogurt, and there were many choices. The waiters were also very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The whistle noodles and cold noodles for supper were so delicious! There were fruit plates given away every day, and we were also given rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful. The service in the Xinghui Teahouse below the hotel was also very good and sincere. They introduced us to the history of various teas and let us taste tea slowly (even though we took the hotel's free tea gift card, they also served sincerely) without the feeling of having to sell you something. I really like it 👍 The golf course in the hotel is very suitable for children to practice, not bad! The hotel is close to the Han River and the wetland park, and the environment is elegant! I recommend going to the wetland park, which is very green, large and free. In short, we are very satisfied!

The hotel lobby has a lovely Chinese-style decor. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered complimentary tea and fruit, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were super efficient and even helped us with our luggage to our room – those ladies are strong! They really made a great first impression. The hotel also features beautiful garden architecture in the back, and it's incredibly close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a short walk away. No need for buses or the subway, which is so convenient. Honestly, there's nothing to fault. Plus, they have a laundry room, which was a huge relief for us. Really fantastic, I'm genuinely happy with our choice of hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated right inside the scenic area, with a Joy City mall conveniently located next door, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. They provide afternoon tea for guests and also offer laundry service. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet and spacious, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast area is a bit small, and the variety of items is somewhat limited. However, the service from the gentleman working there was excellent; he was very enthusiastic and attentive to every guest's needs. The jujube milk was particularly delicious! Since the hotel is located within a pedestrian street, you do have to walk a short distance whenever you go out, as cars can't drive directly to the entrance. But don't worry, the staff are always there to help with your luggage. I'll definitely choose to stay at Zheyin again next time I visit Xi'an.

This is my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the city wall, very close to Yongning Gate, making it super convenient for getting around. The room is spacious with a great layout, and the bedding is comfortable. Plus, it's pet-friendly! Hotel staff Xiaoluo and Xiaoshi were incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions and help with anything we needed. Many thanks to them! 🙏 The only minor disappointment this time was the breakfast; I felt the taste wasn't as good as before, especially the stir-fries which lacked flavor. I hope they can improve that.

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

Returning to Beijing from Sanya, my child insisted on a detour to the Xi'an W. This isn't the first time; we were the ones who flew here specifically for a roujiamo last year. I wouldn't say it's unprecedented, but getting stuck in a 12-hour traffic jam on the sixth day of Chinese New Year just for a plain bun, I imagine ancient people and future generations would find that quite rare too. We finally arrived at the hotel at 10 PM after being stuck all day, exhausted and starving. The hotel's room service was quick and convenient, and a hot bath washed away all the day's fatigue and bad mood. There was no way we were leaving after just one meal; we had to let the kids eat for at least two days. Then, on the seventh day, we were treated to an amazing snowfall. We didn't go anywhere, stayed for two days, and ate five roujiamos. Please, whatever you do, don't change the chef at the breakfast area who makes the roujiamo – my daughter says she wants to come back again in the summer! 😞

This hotel is quite suitable for family trips, especially with kids. It's very close to the Huimin Street subway station, and you can also take the subway directly to Xi'an North Railway Station. The room environment is good, and there's a commercial street right downstairs with plenty of delicious food options.

Facilities: The newly renovated hotel is very clean, maintaining the characteristic features of Yan'an cave dwellings. The rooms are basically fully automated with smart technology. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues. Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis. Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan. Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an. Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip.
