I highly recommend The Cardo Brussels! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the modern setting and the artistic, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
· Ideal location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Brussels, with direct access to Rogier metro station and just a 15-minute walk from the Grand-Place.
· Spacious and stylish rooms: The rooms are among the largest in the city, very modern, spotless, and tastefully decorated.
· Breathtaking view: The view of the city from the rooms and the rooftop is simply stunning.
Our stay was pleasant, the hotel is very clean.

KKitMeeEasy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent.
Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils.
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony.
No house keeping for short stays.
Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.

เเที่ยวจนลูกบ่น✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature!
✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile.
✔️✔️ The only downside of this hotel is its location right by a noisy road. At night, the sound of cars and people talking was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at times because I kept getting startled awake.

AAsd1stThe carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

There is also small shops inside the hotel where you can buy the local brand chocolate and wines from China, even on Sunday where the shops in the street are closed, it is very good option for people who need to buy gift when only staying short period, especially in the weekend.

But the space is huge, invincible, and the suitcase is spread out casually.

There is no place to hang the shower in the bathroom - handy
The room lighting is dim, others are OK
This space is really outrageous.
By the way, the elevator is small and old-fashioned. One person plus a 28-inch box is full.

2203527****Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
