Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive). The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland. The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!

We were on a Swiss rental car trip. I stayed at this hostel for about 2 nights in Lucerne, but the hostel was too dark and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very old and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I took the shower filter and turned on the water. The color of the filter changed right away. The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes walk) and there was no parking discount.. The price is a bit expensive However, the location is so good and it is highly recommended if you are traveling by train for 1 to 2 nights (the location is so good for the price)

Very typical continental breakfast, and the breakfast staff is very nice. We are traveling with children, and the hotel has added a crib. The room also welcomes snacks and fruits, and it feels good. The hotel is close to the lake, bicycles are provided for free, and we can also walk around the lake. Although the transportation is inconvenient, the hotel also sent us to the pier for free by boat. The hotel has a swimming pool and the children have a great time. Overall, satisfactory! There is free afternoon tea🤗

The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine. It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.

The breakfast was great and the room smelled bad. Others are very good, the waiter is a bit slow, it is probably a habit.
