The rooftop pool and the view from the 12th-floor rooms were excellent! The room size, however, was average, and the fact that the toilet in a double room couldn't be hermetically sealed is a no-go for me. Huge, very good TV! Breakfast was okay. The hotel's location isn't ideal for the city center, being a 25-minute walk away with no nearby public transport. However, there are discounts on Uber rides.

The hotel is right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Zagreb. You simply turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk straight. There are many historic buildings nearby, making it a great area for a stroll. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room size is decent, with enough space left after opening two 28-inch suitcases.

Very new, very clean and well taken care of. It was quiet and located right in the middle of the city. The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems. As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.

Hotels outside Budapest, consider a hotel on the way back to the city for convenient parking. The room is acceptable and the service is average. Dinner in the hotel restaurant, not too expensive, the product is also decent, nodding the head but on the table, said to be free, but there is an inexplicable charge on the final bill, it is estimated that it is a disguised header charge.
