Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, it's still good, just like before. However, the soundproofing between rooms is quite poor, so noise from next door was a bit disruptive. Also, the rooms are directly opposite each other and very close, which means any conversations happening outside the doors are quite loud and disturbing.

KKu JieI stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.
The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying.
The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

Nnunung kijangExtremely comfortable, and I even got a delicious crispy 'pempek' as a welcome snack! The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options. This could become my go-to place when I visit Palembang.

WWDFdouzhanbahuangThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with comprehensive facilities. It's clean, tidy, safe, and quiet, making it ideal for business travelers. The service is excellent, with friendly staff, and the restaurant offers good food.

Aalpha_vlembanxThe location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

GGuest UserThe design is great and the bathroom is super comfortable. However, the bed isn't that comfy because there's a split in the middle, like two beds were put together. Also, the room type I chose didn't have a view; the window faced a wall, which was a bit boring. On the plus side, the breakfast was delicious with many options.

CCappuccino82First time going South Sumatra for business trip. Nice hotel with almost full facilities. Breakfast is great too!

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

BBenpaodee1. The location is a plus. It's in the city center, right next to a Super Indo supermarket, and across the street from Icon Mall.
2. It's about 30 minutes from the airport, making it suitable for business travelers.
