Fabulous hotel, very elegant. The service was fantastic everywhere ( reseption , at the entrance, restaurant, bar, cleaning lady, etc). Fantastic view / Rom / hotel.
A great hotel for very modest money!
Located near the embankment, to the station 20 minutes in a hurry.
Live on the 4th floor - the view is good, the dawns are beautiful.
The number is straight modern, everything is, even the bath :)
Breakfast is normal, hungry will not go.
Staff is a separate item. The boys will tell, will show, will recommend where to go for dinner.
In short, excellent impressions from hotel ❤️
The hotel is located close to the embankment. The rooms are large and comfortable. There's plenty of storage space. There's a balcony. The bed is comfortable. The lighting is good. We stayed there for two days, and we only got free water on the first day. We liked everything, but there was one very unpleasant moment that ruined our impression of the hotel. When we checked in, we were told at reception that everything was paid for. When we checked out, the man at reception said we had to pay 16 euros in city taxes for two days. I tried to tell him that everything was paid before arrival, but he insisted, and we had to pay because we were rushing to catch a train. Thanks to Trip.com, who refunded us the money in the form of TripCoins.
The scenery is good, but there is still a certain distance from Cinque Terre. If you drive by yourself, you can consider it. Others, the restaurant breakfast is particularly poor. An old waiter is still very proud and the experience is poor.
Only bemol the draps are not changed every day... there is just a cleaning of the rooms without change of draps. Good stay. Near the city. I recommend.
GGuest UserOur room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked.
The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.
TTheRealMamamiyaIt's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is nice and tidy, however service is bad. All reception team are not willing to help anyone and doesn’t sound cheerful. Waiters in restaurant discussing customers in front of them. Extra surprise- there is no fresh water in room, you can buy it for 2euro from minibar. One more disappointment - beach club is not included also (the description states an exclusive beach area). There is a lot that needs to be improved.
AAnastasiya_KModern hotel with great sea view and private parking. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is ok. But if you are going to explore Cinque Terra - it isn’t that easy since there is no train station in Porto Venere (you either have to go to La Spezia to catch a train or to go by a ferry with very limited time schedule options and crowds of people). In addition it’s better to keep your stuff locked in the suitcase
KKHALIFAExcellent welcome in a beautiful establishment in a place withdrawn from the surrounding hills.
Comfortable and well equipped room with quiet and clean
Parking spacieux
Additional staff, warning who makes a lot of effort to communicate in our language, both around a varied and copied continental breakfast as well as during the meal at the restaurant or bar that serves the afternoon at the pool
A special thank you to Filipo and his mother. Youth Employee very available, cultivated, @ l'écoute des Clients, very very serviceable and try best to give us the best of services and advice about the places @ visit and discover sympathetic restaurants.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable .
Youth Employee strongly recommends it and I will return with pleasure
