I'd give this hotel a perfect score, but you really need to upgrade your room type. It's especially great for business travelers, as the rooms come equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. Staying in this kind of room can save you a lot of money; if you find a lot of the local food isn't quite to your taste, you can easily cook for yourself since there's a stovetop – though we didn't actually try lighting it, so I'm not sure if it works. You could also try ordering Chinese food from outside, bringing it back to store in the fridge, and then heating it up in the microwave the next day. The living room and bedroom are separate, which is excellent.
We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a quality bed and a perfect maintenance every day.
The hotel is a very good location, with local and international options.
The hotel is a good place to stay in Jeddah, and I will return to it with pleasure.
I booked this hotel for my parents. They had to spend a night in Jeddah before going to Makkah. My parents loved this hotel and said that the staff were very friendly, shuttle service to and from the airport was every hour which was very convenient, location is great for transit or a long layover. Thank you Clarion Hotel Jeddah, my parents were very comfortable and happy.
A comfortable and beautiful hotel, I highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful experience. I also want to congratulate the hotel on having Mr. Louay Al-Ghamdi, who is highly professional, polite, and excellent in his dealings. Thank you for everything he provided.
All great. My only comment is the exhaust in the bathroom is too loud and the only way to stop it is by removing the power source from the room completely which unfortunately u can't use AC. Luckily its winter so we don't need AC
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality, with a good selection of fruits. The only downside was the noisy air conditioner, which somewhat affected comfort.
Facilities: The bathroom and wardrobe were relatively small, but everything else was standard.
Cleanliness: The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated, but fortunately, there was no odor.
Environment: The location is excellent, close to the airport and centrally located.
Service: The service was excellent, and there was a 25% discount on in-room dining. The kids' set was large enough for adults.
The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and super clean, and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

MMister StephenFabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.
GGuest UserConnected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient.
Room is nice and clean, got everything you need.
Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.
DderekjzThe hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

QQinerThe room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette, a safe, and an ironing machine. The lobby was grand and offered complimentary dates and a local tea. There's a shuttle service advertised to the Grand Mosque, but on our day, it dropped us off at a parking lot, requiring an additional transfer to reach our destination.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
