Alishan National Scenic Area Review

we stayed for 2 days in Alishan Scenic Area. it was amazing days in beautiful nature with fresh air, welcoming people and everything. First day we visited some tourist spots and to take pictures next day we wake up at 5 am to catch the sunrise. The moment of sunrise was stunning. There is 2700 years old Sacred tree near from spot that we can see sunrise. So if you are nature lover you must visut there

Love this place.You may see sister ponds, giant tree, sacred tree and great cypress tree.you can take shuttle bus or alishan train to come here.Shuttle bus 20ntd/ person one waytrain 100ntd/person one way

it was an unique or rather unfortunate weather that we were experiencing when we reached Alishan. it was a gloomy and rainy weather. however, it didn’t stop us from proceed with our schedule under the rain. this had somehow created some difference experiences of how others had for Alishan.

Many people live on Alishan. In order to watch the sunrise of Alishan, take the pre-dawn train, reach the top of the mountain, and wait for the sun to come out. Because the weather was bad that day, we didn't get up early to catch the train. As a result, when we got up in the morning, it was sunny. So we followed the trail after breakfast and walked to the platform to watch the sunrise. I didn't meet any tourists along the way, and I didn't meet them after arriving at the observation deck. It only belongs to Alishan for two people. You can see the highest peak of Yushan on the opposite side on the observation deck. Unfortunately, the clouds came so fast. The front is still a big blue sky. It is a sea of clouds for a while, like a fairyland.
