Jinzhai County Revolutionary Museum is located in Meishan Town Red Army Village, approved by the Anhui Provincial Committee and the Provincial People's Government in 1980, built at the end of April 1983, and officially opened on the 54th anniversary of the Lixia Festival uprising on May 6.

金寨县革命博物馆坐落在金寨县梅山镇红军村，1980年经安徽省委和省人民政府批准兴建，于1983年纪念立夏节起义、六霍起义胜利54周年之际建成，占地面积8000平方米，博物馆主体建筑5400平方米，展陈面积3750平方米。

金寨革命博物馆重要藏品有革命文物闻家店永佃碑、列宁小学牌匾、下楼房会议桌等大件文物16件，红军使用的枪支、子弹、刀剑、苏币、马灯等857件，著名革命烈士生前使用的文物53件，著名画家鲍佳创作的大型油画《激流》等书画作品9件。
