This hotel experience was truly amazing! It's right next to the attractions, so transportation is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of hassle when getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was super soft, and the bathroom was very well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially Ms. N, was incredibly enthusiastic and made check-in and check-out super fast. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The room was spotless, and the smart toilet was a fantastic touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the pillows were so comfortable I slept like a log. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; the subway entrance is right outside, no need to cross any roads. It's only about a hundred meters from the Bell Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a shopping mall right across the street. Getting around and finding food couldn't be easier.
It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, close to commercial areas and the subway, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The room layout is well-designed with good lighting and ventilation. It was impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was attentive, and they were quick to address any needs. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

Honestly, after all my travels, I've never bothered to review a hotel until now. This is a first, all thanks to their excellent service. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful, and the hotel environment is great, plus it's close to the metro station. I originally booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me for free. When we checked out, knowing we were heading out to explore, they even offered complimentary luggage storage and bottled water. That's truly commendable! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommend.

From airport pick-up to check-in, and then our excursion to the Terracotta Army the next day, everything was seamlessly arranged with a one-stop service. Our tour guide and lecturer were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout, making it very kid-friendly – definitely a thumbs up! The entire experience was completely hassle-free. The hotel lobby was quiet and elegant, and our room, the Camphor Manor, was comfortable, clean, and boasted excellent natural light. The bed linens even had playful little astronaut designs, and there were both iPhone and Type-C charging cables by the bedside – attention to detail was top-notch, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Xiaonanmen morning market and about a 15-minute walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, offering both peace and comfort. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
The location is truly unbeatable! It's super convenient to get to any attraction. The hotel is right by Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. It's only 3 stops to the Bell Tower. If you want to visit Daxingshan Temple, SEG Shopping Center, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Datang Everbright City, just take the subway to Xiaozhai. Xi'an North High-Speed Rail Station is only 6-7 stops away. In short, the transportation is simply unmatched. We even cycled from the hotel entrance to the City Wall, which took just over 10 minutes.
As for the service, they add you on WeChat, and a butler checks in daily to ask about your stay and if you need anything added to your room.
There's Longshouyuan Night Market and Chang'an Food Stall right opposite the hotel. You don't have to queue at other attractions; we just came back to eat at this place opposite the hotel after sightseeing.
There's a Terracotta Warriors shuttle bus right outside Chang'an Food Stall. It runs every half an hour and costs 30 yuan per person.
For a trip to Xi'an, this hotel really wins on location!

Our stay at Fillmore Hotel was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We had booked two rooms, but noticed that one hadn’t been smoke-treated. When we raised this at reception, she promptly arranged a room change, which made a big difference. We also had an early departure at 6am, and she thoughtfully prepared breakfast packs for us and organized our airport transfer, making our morning stress-free. Her attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel’s location is another highlight - it’s right next to the Muslim Food Quarter, with a 7/11 conveniently nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to future visitors. 😊

AAndeeryingzhengThis hotel boasts a traditional garden-style architecture and is incredibly convenient for transport. It's just a 4-minute walk from the exit of Metro Lines 3 and 4. There's also a back gate that leads directly to the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and further south you'll find the Pagoda itself, the Grand Tang Mall, and the Tang Paradise, making it super easy to explore. The rooms are well-equipped, even featuring smart toilets. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, offering thoughtful advice on nearby tourist routes. It was a really pleasant stay.

CCaterina1987We had a nice stay at Center Hotel Xi’an. You simply cannot beat the location, and the view of the tower from our window was the highlight of the room!
Unfortunately, the noise level from the street is a major downside. The windows offer no soundproofing at all, and you can hear every sound from the road below as if the windows were wide open. The hotel really needs to install double glazing to fix this issue, as it would make a world of difference!

GGuest UserFirst off, the service was almost *too* good! Before we even arrived at Mount Hua, the owner proactively called to ask about our high-speed train schedule so they could pick us up. They were also very accommodating and flexible with our timings for picking us up to go to Mount Hua, back to the guesthouse, and then to the high-speed train station.
Next, the food. For convenience, we had breakfast at the guesthouse for two days, and it was quite a revelation for us Southerners! The steamed buns with cold dishes were delicious. On the second day, we even ordered the preserved eggs with chili that we'd been craving all day – absolutely fantastic! We also had dinner there once, and it was delicious, delicious, delicious.
Finally, the room. The room was exactly as described. We originally planned to book a mountain-view room, but our itinerary changed so we didn't end up staying in one. However, our room was still very good and offered mountain views. Plus, we went up to the rooftop in the evening to watch the sunset and again in the morning for some fresh air, which was really pleasant. Oh, and the king-size bed felt like it could sleep four people, haha!
Overall, our stay here was really excellent. Great people, great rooms, great views. I feel like if I ever have the chance to come back, I'd bring my family and stay for a month to truly experience the relaxing mountain life.
(The picture is of the scenery on the road next to the guesthouse, very beautiful at dusk.)

GGuest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
GGuest UserHuge thanks to the front desk for the complimentary room upgrade! Stayed for five days and four nights, and it was an incredible trip. I got to experience the awe-inspiring Terracotta Army, the ancient tombs at Lishan Garden, the dazzling spectacle of the Grand Tang Everbright City, the majestic and treacherous peaks of Huashan (remember to stretch, my muscles were sore for two days!), and the exquisite treasures at the Xi'an Museum. Absolutely worth every moment!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at this hotel for several nights. Before our arrival, the staff kindly asked us to leave a very good review, so I want to share a balanced and honest experience.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked a room with one large bed instead of two separate beds for me and my brother, and the hotel helped us change the room without problems, which we appreciated a lot.
At the same time, the hotel itself feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. Many things inside the room looked repaired in a temporary or DIY-style way rather than properly maintained. The room was not cleaned very well when we arrived — there were shoe marks on the floor, the windows were extremely dirty, and the curtains had visible stains. Housekeeping also sometimes forgot to refill the toilet paper.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Even after running for several hours, the room temperature actually increased from 25°C to 26°C, so the room felt very hot and uncomfortable. There was also noise from the air conditioners outside the window, including neighboring rooms.
Another thing that may be important for some guests is the bathroom design. The toilet and shower areas were separated with transparent glass walls. From the shower you could clearly see the toilet, from the toilet you could see the shower, and both areas were also partially visible from the room entrance/corridor area. For some people this may not be an issue, but for me it felt uncomfortable and reduced the sense of privacy.
Other issues included a cigarette smell in the corridor, a dirty carpet, a slight sewage smell from the sink, and a clogged shower drain that made bubbling noises. The laminate floor in the room was also damaged in one place.
On the positive side, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided were surprisingly good.
Overall, the staff were polite and tried to help, but the hotel would really benefit from a proper renovation and better maintenance.

YYufengxuThe location is convenient with plenty of food options nearby, and it's close to all the attractions. The service was warm and attentive. However, the breakfast was just okay, and some facilities need updating, especially the faucet which needs replacing. Also, we weren't informed about the exterior window cleaning, and suddenly seeing two people hanging outside our window was quite a fright, almost gave me a heart attack!

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete and impeccably clean! The Spring Afternoon Tea is delightful, and the evening sweet soup is a thoughtful touch—everything is so well-prepared! The surrounding area is very convenient, with popular spots like the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower (which are on the must-eat list) nearby. Room attendant Song Miao provided excellent service; she was very attentive and friendly. The room was also kept exceptionally clean!

GGuest UserThe hotel was in the perfect location the Muslim quarter was a 10-15 minute walk away and there is restaurants and convenience stores right outside as well so there is literally so many options.
The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel provided breakfast at the restaurant next door which I found to be ok - only issue was that they had toast but no butter or jam to go with it only ketchup.
They don’t have the air con on during winter time but they did provide a portable air con for us although the gesture was nice it didn’t do much to cool the room. So just be aware although it is advertised as there being an aircon it’s only available for hot air during winter
