The front desk service was excellent; they proactively added me on WeChat for guest services, which was very convenient for any inquiries. The room's air conditioning was great, contrary to some online reviews. It was very comfortable; perhaps it's because it was an executive room and newer. The lounge was nice; the stir-fried dishes smelled delicious, and they had a good variety of spirits. My only minor complaint is that there weren't enough lemons, and everyone ran out later. They could definitely put out more.

I booked two rooms, one directly facing the hallway entrance and the other next to the equipment room, at opposite ends of the same floor. They claimed this was to keep us on the same floor. Is this how you treat long-time customers? Do you call two twin beds pushed together a 'king room'? And then claim it's an upgraded room type? Why didn't the front desk mention this at check-in? It's not like I'm stingy about a few extra bucks. No one paid any attention when we got in or out of the car, or when entering/exiting the hotel. I know you don't lack guests, but I will definitely not choose Renaissance Hotel again when I come to Xi'an in the future. Regarding the Minibar & Welcome Drinks: The front desk specifically told me they were chargeable. After calling the duty manager, it took multiple confirmations for them to finally admit that my booked room type included them for free.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and attractions nearby. The staff are very enthusiastic, actively helping with luggage from check-in to check-out. They even brought afternoon tea at around 9 PM, and delivered takeout to the room promptly at night. The employees always have a smile on their faces. The room is spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The bed is soft, and the toiletries are of high quality. Overall, it's clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety, with Roujiamo (meat burger) and Shumai (steamed dumplings) being particularly delicious. Highly recommended! 👍

Hotel Sengoku boasts an unbeatable location! It's not only close to the Bell Tower, but the subway station is right at its doorstep, a shopping mall is directly opposite, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The front desk staff and cleaning crew are both wonderful! The most heartwarming part was the restaurant. The staff were not only friendly, but it felt like they could read your mind, knowing exactly what a weary traveler needed for afternoon tea. Chatting with them while gazing out at the Bell Tower made me feel like I wasn't far from home at all. Truly thoughtful!

This guesthouse is our top choice when traveling with family. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, making trips to and from the visitor center incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of hassle. All the facilities are brand new, and the rooms are clean and dry, offering a very comfortable stay. What really touched us was the owner's thoughtful service: he drove us to the scenic area early in the morning, and when he realized my phone was out of service and I couldn't scan a QR code, he proactively helped me top it up, which was a huge lifesaver. He's genuinely warm and sincere, always putting guests first. Whether you're driving or hiking, this place is a perfect fit. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Hua. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Huashan!

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

I had originally booked a homestay, but when I arrived, I found the address was wrong. So, I quickly looked for this hotel. I had booked a twin room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff (a young gentleman) kindly upgraded my room to a deluxe twin room. Since I was traveling with a child, a wider bed was more convenient, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel environment is also great, and the room was clean and tidy; it's not huge, but perfectly adequate. They offer luggage storage, and even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. The transportation is super convenient; a short walk down an alley to the left leads directly to Metro Line 6, and turning right brings you to Zhonglou Community, which is highly recommended by many bloggers and has plenty of food options. It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so you can easily explore the surroundings with an evening stroll. The location is excellent. I would definitely book here again on my next visit to Xi'an; it was a very pleasant stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions. I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!

The hotel upgraded us for free to two parent-child rooms, which were incredibly spacious and the facilities were quite new. I initially booked for one night, but after staying, I immediately extended for two more nights. The service was also exceptional. In the morning, I put my clothes in the washing machine before heading out, and they dried them and returned them to my room. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. Even though it's in the city center, it's very quiet. I was traveling with my parents, and it was an extremely satisfying experience!

Lovely hotel, we had a huge room with 2 TVs and probably one of my favourite showers out of hundreds of hotels. The breakfast was great, staff very friendly and great location right at the heart of Xian and only 30-40min by Didi from XianBei (North Station). The exterior of the hotel didn't do it justice, but once you are in the lobby everything is taken care of. Drum and Bell towers are both easily walkable 10-15min stroll through restaurant streets and make a lovely sunset visit (open till 9pm) and wandering around the exciting if slightly chaotic street food vendors of the Muslim Quarter just next to the towers are well exploring. Get some Biang Biang or a Xian traditional Chinese Burger. The Metro is also about 10-15 mins walk roughly near the drum tower which can take you to Huaqing Palace in about 50mins North East of the city (1 simple line change) I suggest you get entry tickets and shuttle for both palace and Terracotta Warriors (+10 mins shuttle from Huaqing Palace).
