Highly recommended for Xi’an. Great location. Tourist attraction; Bell tower, drum tower, muslim street by foot. The shuttle bus to Terracotta Army also easy to access, just some metres away from hotel entrance. One thing disturbing on the first night, there was a music play at some place around the hotel, and it was so loud.

I was recommended by my friend to stay at Novotel Bell Tower. At the Level 2 check in counter we were greeted warmly by Ms. Sharon He Yun (何云). Check in was seamless and service was 5 stars. Sharon offered warm milk to be delivered to our rooms before we turned in and guided us on some good eateries. Definitely helpful in a cold, night winter night as first-timer to Xi'an. The other staff worth mentioning is Ms. Jennifer Guo. She was kind and helpful to young guests and treated my teenage girl with respect and assistance as would any adult guests. Room condition was superb, clean and cosy. Amenities were sufficient. Things you ordered get delivered by robot! Toilet seats has warming function and remote flushing. Location is great, near to lots of eateries and a stone throw away to Hui Min Street (回民街)。 Take a walk to Luo Ma Shi (骡马市）too. Novotel is 45 min away by car to the Teraotta. If you book the local tour remember that the performance is not included in the package. It'll cost about RMB350 extra to watch, but hey, you came all the way here and it was worth it. Overall experience starting from the great staff in Novotel will definitely bring us back to Xi'an and this hotel again.

The location is incredibly convenient. Right across the street, there's a paid shuttle bus to the Terracotta Warriors, and the subway station is next to the hotel, making it easy to get to many attractions. There's also a large shopping mall directly opposite with plenty of dining options. Overall, the service was quite good. The only downside was the in-room facilities. When we visited, there was a significant drop in temperature, and the room's thermostat wasn't easy to adjust, so it got a bit hot at night. Another area for improvement is that when I checked in, I mentioned to the male front desk staff that a family member would be celebrating their birthday during our stay and I wanted to arrange a surprise. He said the manager would call me back later, but I never received that call. However, this didn't significantly impact our overall trip, and I would still recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient for traveling, close to convenience stores and restaurants. You can walk around and explore. The staff can speak English. The rooms and cafe are beautifully decorated. There are a few minor shortcomings.The room isn't soundproof. If people in the next room are talking or walking up and down the stairs, you can hear them quite clearly. However, if I have the chance, I would like to come back and stay here again.

Maintaining Westin's high standards, this hotel boasts an excellent location. You're right at the Grand Tang Mall upon stepping out, and across the street is Joy City, making it convenient to catch a taxi anywhere. The service was also exceptional; they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child, seeing that we were a family of three. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. I'll definitely choose Westin again on my next visit.

The hotel environment is fantastic. Monica from guest relations called beforehand to ask about my preferences and arranged a great room for me. The room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views and a bright layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the room facilities were complete and well-equipped, including an independent air purifier. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very polite. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my stay!

It's one of the most thoughtful and convenient hostels I've ever stayed in. **📍Excellent Location:** It's right in the famous **Dapiyuan**! Step outside, and you're surrounded by authentic local eateries. Huimin Street and Sajin Bridge are also within walking distance. For a foodie like me who wants to experience the true flavors of Xi'an, this is pure heaven. **🚻Room Highlights:** What surprised me most was that a hostel room actually came with **two separate bathrooms**! This completely eliminated the morning rush for washing up and evening queues for showering, greatly enhancing privacy and convenience. Both bathrooms were also stocked with toilet paper, showing great attention to detail. **🌿Common Areas:** * The **rooftop garden terrace** is an absolute gem! Sitting on the terrace with friends in the evening, enjoying the breeze and the night view of Xi'an's old city, felt incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It's also a fantastic spot for photos. * The **ground floor reception area** is so well-equipped! Not only is it **staffed 24/7**, which put my mind at ease as a late arrival, but it also **sells snacks and bottled water**, solving any late-night cravings. A **fridge, washing machine, and dryer** are all available, which are absolute essentials for long-term travelers. Being able to wash and dry clothes anytime is incredibly convenient. **In Summary:** This hostel perfectly balances 'superior location,' 'comfortable accommodation experience,' and 'high level of living convenience.' Whether you're a solo backpacker or traveling with friends, it meets all your needs. Highly recommended! This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Xi'an! 👍

I personally think Hanzhong is a great place for a family trip. Prices are affordable; a meal for four at a restaurant is under 200 yuan. The cuisine here blends Northwestern, Southwestern, and Central Plains influences. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, featuring not only roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) but also local specialties like dough and walnut buns. The staff was also very helpful and explained how to make a roujiamo. Besides the food, the hotel rooms are spacious and even have a terrace. It's so spacious I could even camp and barbecue there. The lobby offers lemonade and sour plum soup, as well as free AD calcium milk. There are also special slippers for the children. We even gave them a small gift when we left, which delighted the children. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to several attractions, and surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants and a bustling night market. We took our child to Han Xin's platform, where he was honored as a general, and told him many historical stories. Of course, he didn't understand them yet, so he relived them himself. My wife is a bit of a clean freak, so the hotel also provided alcohol wipes for cleaning the toilet seat. The smart toilet was also highly praised. It's a shame I didn't use the big screen; it was too tiring. Xiaodu's smart voice assistant saved me a lot of time playing songs for my kids, and I'm thinking of buying one when I get home.

The W Hotel has a very stylish and modern design. During this stay, the suite came with a complimentary minibar and some special snacks, both of which were delicious. We took the kids to experience the pool and gym, and it's by far the largest I've seen in a five-star hotel. The pool is heated and there's also a hot tub, perfect for swimming and working out. The room was spacious, and the bathrobes were incredibly soft and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that they provided a special bathrobe for our child. This hotel definitely does a better job than other hotels we've stayed at in Xi'an. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and they even had two different types of Roujiamo (meat burgers), which was a nice local touch. I really loved the hotel's cheese too.

The stay is great..Zoe Kiko helped us alot, she upgraded our room and even decorated our room. we are very blessed with the upgrade and the room is well maintained and very spacious. The only issue i had is that the hair dryer is slow to dry my hair..other then this all are very good..i really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again if i have another chance to come back to Xian.
