Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach. Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem. It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine. The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch. There aren't always enough hotel umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but I don't see that as critical either. The bed was good, and I slept excellently! My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

Bom Dia! The reception of the Cayo and Jonatas is excellent! BY THE OTHER FIRST OFFENSES! This hotel is 10/10 can’t fault one thing, please  don’t read the reviews , located on one of Rio’s best beaches by far better any others near by, no restaurants around hotel but you can get Ubers for very cheap , 10 mins to barra or leblon highly recommend great value for money in Rio

I liked everything, it was clean and cozy, only the breakfasts were monotonous. Everyone at the reception was great, thank you!

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava. Nothing special. Small outdated rooms. First room had strong smell, therefore, asked for a room change. Second room was better. Two single beds instead of one king-size, though. Kettle in the room was broken. Rooms have no view at all. Supermarket is next door. Shopping center with great views to Botafogo beach is two blocks away.

Excellent hotel, recommend closed eye. Excellent service, wonderful room, wonderful breakfast too.

Service is max 3 stars not 4. No information about time table of pool, sauna, and place where to get towels for the beach. Problems with hot water- so a lot of time wait for hot water in shower. Water is free only for the first day of accomodation, next days shoudl pay. Rwxeptionist asked 3600 R as a deposit. Its more tham I paid for accomodation and now information was about when I ordered. Supermarkets and beach, exchange currency are close to hotel .Free 1 exra hour for check out
