It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.

To start with, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and created truly wonderful memories for our anniversary. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; they decorated our room beautifully in advance and even gifted us fresh flowers 💐 – such touching attention to detail. Every day during our stay, we received a fresh and abundant fruit platter. On the first night, they thoughtfully delivered a white fungus soup, and on the second, a red date soup. Both were perfectly sweet, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area, the hotel offers an elegant and tranquil environment that truly helps you relax and unwind. The breakfast selection 🍳 was rich and tasty, and dinner was equally excellent. The overall dining experience was a big plus. (There's a shuttle service from the lobby to the restaurant and attractions within the park, though it's also a very short walk.) The location is incredibly convenient. We could walk to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in about 3 minutes, and Mount Li was also within walking distance. Our room booking included access to the Huaqing Hot Springs, and the hot spring experience was fantastic, making our entire trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel that excels in service, ambiance, and overall experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back! Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to a mall and the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and dining out. The room had excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was meticulous – every corner and the bathroom were spotless. The facilities were comprehensive and brand new; there was plenty of hot water, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the toiletries were high-quality. The staff were attentive and patient throughout our entire stay, making check-in and check-out very efficient. They even went the extra mile to offer local tips. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable, and it's definitely a place we'd happily return to!

My stay at the Hilton Xi'an was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The lobby is grand and elegant, with stylish Tang Dynasty-inspired design. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and bedding were high quality, perfect for both work and relaxation. The service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and the attention to detail was impressive. The dining was consistently good, and the surrounding area offers plenty of amenities. It truly lives up to its five-star standard and offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

I went here during off season.And I normally have a breakfast buffet. They told me they weren't doing it, but that they would bring us breakfast to the room. I was picturing a bowl of porridge. Maybe a bowl of noodles and some bread or fruit. They end up bringing an entire buffet to our room. It was fantastic! I had at least ten small plates of food. It was very well done.And they took great care of us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Came back for the Jiaotong University anniversary, only staying one night, so I chose the Westin. I had no other option, it was the only Westin available ten-plus years ago, and it's still the only hotel I recognize. I was pleasantly surprised that after all these years, the hotel still feels very new, and the decor is plentiful and very down-to-earth. The doorman was excellent, and the lobby staff were also fantastic. They truly represent the upright and honest young men from Shaanxi. Where can I buy Westin pillows?!

I highly recommend this hotel; the front desk staff and everyone else provided excellent service. Especially the night shift front desk team – I saw how hard they were working, so I gave them two bottles of drinks. There was a small detail when I checked in that I really appreciated: they put my ID in a plastic sleeve. That shows great attention to detail. The room's cleanliness was also quite good, and the internet connection was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I hope I have a great time in Xi'an.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Lintong Outlets, right next to Exit D of Zhiyanggongyuan subway station. There's a shuttle bus at the Kids' Playground intersection that can take you straight to the front desk for check-in. The staff are all incredibly friendly, especially the warm and thoughtful service we received. They were very meticulous and helped us arrange extra amenities for our room. The room itself came with both adult and children's bathrobes, which was a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities for kids, like a children's camp and a merry-go-round, which my baby absolutely loved. The property also features a swimming pool and a gym. The resort grounds are quite expansive, offering plenty of space for adults to enjoy as well.

This is a well-established five-star hotel in Xi'an, boasting an excellent location right next to Xincheng Plaza, within the ancient city walls. You can quickly cycle to the Bell and Drum Towers from here. Despite its central location, it's nestled in a very quiet, private courtyard, giving you a sense of peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Strolling through the courtyard, you can feel the profound historical changes Xi'an has undergone since the founding of the PRC. While some of the facilities inevitably show their age, you can tell they're diligently maintained. Upon arrival, an attendant will help carry your luggage to your room. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and courteous, resolving issues very quickly. Communication with Sofitel Legend Peoples Grand Hotel Xian was also seamless, and they facilitated the transfer of our luggage. I accidentally left a few items behind during check-in, but they handled the communication within minutes and had my belongings delivered to my new room at Sofitel Legend. Knowing our new room wasn't ready yet, they proactively helped with communication and offered a late check-out, making guests feel a profound sense of warmth, like coming home, especially during the New Year period. This level of service efficiency and attitude truly deserves praise. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the freshly made waffles are absolutely delicious – soft, sweet, and chewy. The only minor drawback was the crowd at breakfast during the New Year, but the tables were cleared quite promptly, and the cleaning staff worked incredibly hard.

The room is clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, it is very quiet at night, the bedding and toiletries are very good, I stayed for two consecutive days, the experience is very good, I will come again next time
