This hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance.
The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before.
In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects.
The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too.
Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha.
Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!

Guest UserDidn't expect to have a choice of both soft and firm pillows! The shower pressure was fantastic too, washing away all the day's fatigue. And they even had freshly made Xi'an oil noodles for breakfast! Simple pleasures like these really make a couple's trip. Definitely my top choice for the next vacation!

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

ShitougeThe hotel environment is really great, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I stayed for quite a while, and the butler was wonderfully attentive throughout my stay, always responding promptly to any requests and handling them with incredible patience. They even helped me find something I accidentally left behind right away, which was a huge relief when traveling with kids. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and choosing a package for a long stay offers great value for money.
The only minor suggestion is that the restaurant food was a bit bland, so we opted to eat out for a few days. However, the overall experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for our next family trip.

XiaofayyyyThe interior design of the W Xi'an perfectly blends the W brand's vibe with Xi'an's unique charm. The room view is absolutely stunning, beautiful both day and night. The bathing experience was also great.
Vera kept in touch with me throughout my stay, responding promptly and providing excellent service. ❤️
To my surprise, the second-floor restaurant was collaborating with Yuxingji, so I got to enjoy crab roe noodles there – a taste from my memories! Though the crab vinegar seemed a little different from what I remember in Shanghai.
The Xi'an specialties at breakfast were delicious.
I tried the Orange Blossom and Tequila Sunrise at the bar; both were unexpectedly good and well-made. Highly recommend! For dessert, I had the Kumquat Pistachio, Orange Mousse, and a sparkling wine flavored one. They were all great value and very tasty.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

Guest UserMy stay at Grand Hyatt Xi'an was absolutely fantastic, and a special shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! She made the check-in process incredibly efficient and thorough, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities. Knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively and thoughtfully arranged complimentary airport transfer, saving me the hassle of booking a car myself. After check-in, she even presented me with a special 'energy pack' filled with authentic local snacks from Shaanxi – a truly heartwarming and generous gesture. Her communication throughout was gentle and attentive, demonstrating full professionalism. With such amazing front desk service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Vivian!

Guest UserHighly recommend! It's been a long time since I've given a hotel such a positive review. First, let's talk about the location: Longshouyuan subway station is right downstairs, and it's just three stops to Gulou. Right around the corner when you exit the hotel, there's a food street with all kinds of eateries, including Sanbao BBQ and Lao Jiao Smoked Meat Pancakes. Wei Jia, a chain restaurant, is also across the street. As for Novotel's quality, it goes without saying—it's excellent. What's truly outstanding is the laundry room on the 26th floor. There's staff there who help with washing and drying, and even deliver your laundry right to your door. This really took a lot of stress off our shoulders, especially traveling with kids in this hot weather.

Guest UserI have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

BanananealThis hotel is absolutely worth a special mention! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transport links. The accompanying garden is truly unique in Xi'an. The public areas are grand and spacious, and even though it's not a tall building, it has four elevators. Our room itself was fantastic – great size, layout, natural light, and a lovely view, truly feeling like a suite.
But the most outstanding highlight is their service. From the doormen and front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Any request we had was addressed immediately. We had arranged for a twin bed setup beforehand, and it was all ready when we arrived, which was very thoughtful!
Specifically, on our last day, our museum plans changed, and we couldn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout. We spoke to the front desk, and they graciously extended our checkout time on two separate occasions.
As an extra touch, the hotel breakfast offers small bowls of *paomo* (a local specialty), which was a nice little bonus.

My first trip to Wuhan, and staying at The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan, truly exceeded my expectations – I'm incredibly impressed! Stepping out of the elevator, a subtle, woody fragrance enveloped me, creating a relaxed and soothing ambiance. During check-in, the staff member Jessie escorted us to our room, providing a tour. She was consistently gentle, meticulous, patient, and thorough in her explanations, making for an excellent service experience.
We booked a room with executive lounge access, and the room offered expansive, open views. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the Executive Lounge. It truly lives up to its reputation as arguably the largest executive lounge in Asia; the views are superb, and the overall offerings are completely worth the value. The food selection was rich and diverse; compared to executive lounges in hotels of similar caliber, the quality and variety were genuinely impressive, and the desserts were particularly stunning.
The hotel's Executive Lounge offers five food presentations throughout the day, and we experienced all but afternoon tea. The evening dining atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. After 8:30 PM, during the dessert and drinks session, we could even order custom-made cocktails. My friends and I enjoyed drinks, chatted, and played games until closing time, spending two very relaxing and enjoyable days.
