AAnonymous UserAt first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

AATLStayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.

GGuest UserGreat location to tourist attractions, and nice sunset view from hotel room. The receptionists offered great service during check in and check out, The only thing that ruining our trip is the breakfast room host-lady, she is a bit aggressive to Asian face tourist, keep invading our privacy about where we were born, told her we live in USA for 50 years, not her business to ask where we were born? She then keep trying to teach us how to eat our breakfast, not allow us to sit where we want to sit (breakfast room is pretty much empty due to non peak season in mid March) but allow white couples to choose their own seat - where they wants to sit, that seems to be a bit ****** to us; We wouldn’t want to book this hotel again but will try another hotel with Asian friendly policy.

BbeibeidaDouble bedroom, one big bed, two small beds, two bathrooms, very convenient for a family of four. The public area of the hotel is also very beautiful, the service is great
However, the spa pool outside the room is not closed, and there is a buzzing sound when it is heated at night, which is very painful for people with sensitive sleep. We were too tired, and the front desk was not able to solve it, so we just let it go, and it didn't affect our sleep too much.

GGuest UserVery clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast room. Funny story. We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. » it was a lovely stay. Very quiet and calm. Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town. It was a 5-10 minute walk to town.

GGuest UserThis property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in.
When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated.
We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

GGuest UserOverall, the family room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable sleep. However, just a few niggles that affected the scoring. Not sure if anything can be done but there was a cloud of flies outside the door of our room and a loud generator noise on the first night of 2, which stopped after switching off the electrics controlling the dehumidifiers and main lights. Also minor, but the bath mat was placed on top of the toilet lid which we didn’t think was particularly sanitary, and the room mugs were black in colour so you couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. Breakfast was adequate and better in the room on windy days.

AAnonymous UserThe king-size room was quite spacious, though the duvet was in a European style rather than the usual duvet cover. Overall, it was clean and tidy. The breakfast looked great for photos but wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can drive right up, so no need to lug suitcases up cliffside paths, and the views are panoramic. The Greek gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, polite, patient, and professional. He thoroughly explained everything, from important details to local amenities and travel tips, and even took us to our room to show us around and introduce the hotel's other facilities. He deserves high praise!
