Everything was okay. Ive always love their warm cookies. The only thing that was off was the Grab’s collection point. Was at level LG3, then u have to walk all the way to the collection point which is kinda smelly and far. I wish the management could do something about the collection point. It would be better if the point is placed near the lift.
Other than that, i think everything is good!
Varieties selections on buffet spread. They even serve ice cream in the morning!

I've stayed here multiple times and always find it exceptionally convenient for travelers departing from T1. The hotel offers a shuttle service directly from the airport, and it's also just about a 15-minute walk. The breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options. The bedding is clean and comfortable, wake-up calls are available, and its close proximity to the terminal makes shopping and dining very convenient. While I haven't encountered any Chinese-speaking staff during my various stays – perhaps just bad timing – it hasn't negatively impacted my overall experience.
Helpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied.

Location: This hotel is located close by to the KLIA and makes it strategic location to stay if have early flight in the morning.
Concern 1: During checkin, we were provided 2 keys to rooms and on opening door, found it to be OCCUPIED by other guests (both rooms). Fortunately, they were in decent state. Had to return to front desk and assigned to new rooms. Front Desk team should be aware of which rooms are occupied / available to avoid this kind of issues.
Concern 2: Airport shuttle was packed in the morning due to guests not pre-booking their slots. We informed that we needed the 6am shuttle for 3 pax but had to wait for a 2nd shuttle because there were too many other guests heading to KLIA (most without pre-booking). Hotel should prioritize on those who had pre-booked their seats.
Facilities: Adequate but didn't have opportunity to use.

I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.
Requests of masjid view. But need to request again upon check in. Luckily I got it. Book for my Singapore Family stay. Good experience for them. And walking distance to mall just need to cross the road. Overall happy.

Exploring One World Hotel, Malaysia
The hotel's English name is One World Hotel, but its Chinese translation is 'Wanda Hotel,' which can be misleading as it has no connection to the famous Chinese real estate company. Similarly, the adjacent One Utama shopping mall is referred to as 'Wanda Plaza' in Chinese, also without any actual relation.
I ended up booking this hotel for an exhibition I was attending. It's considered a mid-to-high-range option in the Kuala Lumpur area. I flew from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in the evening, and the taxi ride from the airport took about an hour. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop to assist with luggage when I got out of the taxi; I only received help once I was inside the lobby. After checking in, despite my assurance that I could manage my bags, the bellhop insisted on taking my luggage to the room. Fortunately, I had some Malaysian Ringgit cash on me, so I tipped 5 MYR. The next evening, when I returned to collect my stored luggage before heading to the airport, I noticed the same bellhop at the front desk, waiting for guests checking in, even for those with just a small 20-inch carry-on.
The hotel opened in early 2008, and there's a plaque at the entrance stating it was personally inaugurated by the Sultan of Selangor at the time. The breakfast was fantastic, with an extensive spread of options. The swimming pool was also good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Review: Mövenpick Hotel – A Convenient Stay
Mövenpick Hotel is conveniently located near the mosque and is part of the convention center complex, making it a popular choice for transit passengers and airline crews.
What’s Good:
✅ Spacious Rooms – Plenty of space, ideal for short or long stays.
✅ Multiple Dining Options – The buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines.
✅ Good Amenities – Includes a tennis court and pool for relaxation.
What Could Be Better:
❌ Primarily a Transit Hotel – Often used by airlines for delays and crew stays, so expect a busy atmosphere.
Final Verdict:
A solid choice for a short stay or transit, with good amenities and dining options. Ideal for travelers passing through the area.
A nice resort for families with kids.
Room: Clean, modern, and new. However, slow check-in process. Waited until 5 pm to get the keys to the room.
Housekeeping: I booked for 2 nights. On the second day, the housekeeper did not make up the room, although I had requested it since morning.
Very Good

GGuest UserI was surprised to see the main lobby area being renovated and wasn’t very happy about it as i was not aware. Sore to the eye.
I suffered terrible itchiness for days due to multiple insect bites all over my legs.
Having said that, the room service was available at night when we needed bedding change when water spilled. The bed, pillow and blanket were very comfortable and excellent.
The choices for the toiletries were excellent. Shower was strong and nice. The water tap in our room was hard to push. Very clean.
The buggy service was excellent especially when served by Mr. Subramaniam. He was very caring and patient with my elderly mother.
For the Breakfast Buffet, the spread was very good. Loved the omelette with fresh ingredients. However, there were many flies.
The pool was excellently built where the sun shines much later and covered the pool area before noon that we could swim longer.
The staffs are overall very welcoming.
Other than that, we had excellent time spent in your hotel. Certainly would like to visit again after the renovation of the lobby.

SSara EusofNice hotel..but this time need to put deposit for RM250 🥹 this my 3rd time stay this hotel..before this never put any deposit. Like hmm bcuz nowadys banyak hotel tidak ambil deposit.
The pro..family room is big space. Bersih. I came for 4 person. Good! Towel..bantal..cawan ok utk 4 org. Tapi toiletries cuma 2 set shj 🥹 aircond sejuk bagus. Shower kuat.. great !!
The cons.. 1st hotel i check TIADA SELIPAR di bilik and when i ask for selipar kena bayar rm 5 😅 mcm haaaa!! Sejuk kot lantai bilik.
Then..my rooms at level 1.. atas bilik tak tahu ballroom atau apa..sangat bising dan boleh dgr org lari sana sini. Sangat menganggu utk berehat. I call reception minta tolong remain jgn bising sgt 😬 Breakfast just ok ok je. Tapi mcm tak berbaloi dgn harga. Tak bnyk pilihan dan rasa biasa je nyah 😂
Menang kat hotel ni pool dia besar dan banyak 😍🥰 utk yg ada kids nak main pool berbaloilah.
Overoll ok je this hotel. Boleh repeat 😊
SStanley.TA nice resort for families with kids.

GGuest UserUpon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace. We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support.
The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc.
There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.
Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.
