Perfect location - walking distance to airport. All the same you don‘t hear the planes! Friendly staff Nice pool in the shade where you can eat and drink. There is also a locker room where you can have a shower after checking-out Unfortunately no water refil station, but just little plastic bottle. They write about eco-friendly hotel but they don’t live it (little soap instead of liquid soap; AC is on when before entering room - many people don‘t like AC…)

I recently stayed at Belmont Manila Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport or the nearby malls and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, although I usually have to wait a little longer before being assisted. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities, even though some parts look a bit dated. The bed and overall setup made it easy to relax after a long day.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The amenities and buffet breakfast offer good value for money, though both the elevator wait times and buffet lines can get quite long, especially during peak periods like our check-in on December 24. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant though is not that big to accommodate the hotel guests during breakfasf time, so if you go there around 7am or later, you may have to line up and wait for a long time.

I think its more near to Terminal 1 and 2 but quite far from Terminal 3. They are on renovation during my stay but nevertheless still they have a top notch customer service. They help me to ammend my book coz i put a wrong booking dates. Cant complain enough about the hotel also coz i just stay for a few hours here coz i have an early domestic flight. My room are quite good though i dont have the sleeper found in my room, maybe i just need to request and also no drinking glass in my room too.

The hotel has quite good service quality, friendly staff and quick support. However, breakfast is not really delicious and not diverse, need to improve more for a more complete experience.

We had a great stay at Lime Resort Hotel Manila. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were nice, especially the pool, which was very relaxing. The food was also good and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen. The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉

We were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful. The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed. The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

WWhyhI had a wonderful five‑night stay at Makati Diamond Residences, where the service stood out for being consistently attentive and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days. Its prime location in the heart of Makati made it easy to access shopping, dining, and business areas, which added great convenience to my trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that combined excellent hospitality with comfort and accessibility.

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport. Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would need. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

GGuest UserStayed for 4 nights over the past weekend. The connection to Ayala Mall is a plus point. The service of the restaurant staff must be commended. One of the day, the room was not cleaned up. Another day, a wet bathroom mat was placed on the sofa (yekks). The eco-green card that i placed on my sheets went missing. There is a musky smell in the corridor on some levels, esp. L5, where it is connected to the pool. Additionally, there is a sewage smell emanating from a corner of the family room. The soundproofing of the window and door is not good, I can hear noise from the corridor and from the swimming pool. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection, albeit not much change over the days.

MMarielle29Bellevue Hotel: An Oasis of Elegance and Impeccable Service The Bellevue Hotel transcends the definition of a mere place to stay; it is a destination in itself. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine warmth that set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. This is, without question, a five-star experience where every detail is meticulously curated. Impeccable Service and Ambiance The staff at The Bellevue is the hotel's greatest asset. Check-in was swift, seamless, and personalized, and throughout our trip, every interaction—from the concierge offering spot-on recommendations to the housekeeping team ensuring our room was pristine—was characterized by professionalism and a truly anticipatory approach. The lobby is a breathtaking space with soaring ceilings and classical decor that speaks of old-world glamour while maintaining a modern, comfortable feel. Luxurious Comfort and Attention to Detail Our room was a sanctuary of comfort. The panoramic city view was stunning, but the interior details were equally impressive. The bedding was plush and high-quality, ensuring a restorative night's sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the personalized welcome note and the state-of-the-art climate control. The marble bathroom, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a spacious rainfall shower, felt like a private spa retreat. Exceptional Culinary Journey Dining at the Bellevue was a highlight of the trip. The main restaurant, The Summit, offered a diverse menu of locally sourced, exquisite dishes. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet that was expansive and fresh, featuring everything from artisanal pastries to made-to-order omelets. Dinner was a true culinary event, complete with impeccable wine pairings suggested by a knowledgeable sommelier. Even the simple room service order was delivered promptly and presented beautifully. Final Verdict The Bellevue Hotel sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. Whether you are traveling for business or a romantic getaway, the combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and world-class dining creates an environment that you will genuinely be reluctant to leave. We highly recommend The Bellevue and look forward to returning soon.

GGuest UserIt was okay, you get what you pay for I guess. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are thin and you basically get an airport blanket for the night. Netflix didn’t work and the majority of channels on the TV were unavailable. The room only has a chiller, not a fridge, and I would argue that it didn’t chill much if anything. 3-1 shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and house keeping will wake you up every day at 8:30.
