Arriving after 5pm on a Thursday, I followed the explicit directions provided by Ascot management. There was a short walk (150 meters at most) to my room but the directions provided ensured that I was in my room in quick order. The fellow on the desk was able to assist with directions to fine dining close by and in the morning assisted again with directions to the train getting me to the airport easily on time. It's a well kept, conveniently located accommodation. I'll stay again next time in Brisbane.
Excellent location, right across from the beach. Stunning views from the window, couldn't ask for better! I had a renovated room, which was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and utensils. They allowed me to pay the deposit in cash, and there were no issues with getting it back. The jacuzzi and pool are open until 9:30 PM, which is great for relaxing after a long day. Parrots even came to visit my balcony! đ For my travel dates, this was the cheapest option in Gold Coast, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel.

We arrived by train and although the hotel is very close to the station the signage is pathetic and leads to a parking... it's very ambiguous... finally we reached the hotel entrance by rolling our cases along the road trying to avoid the cars!!! The check in is not great and not as friendly as other hotels in the World, just because it is automated and sometimes completely UNATTENDED...
For the price the reception should be manned and NOT AUTOMATED... where is the WELCOMING SMILE in a machine???
Lovely clean old Queensland building in a great location,
With a relaxed atmosphere , sit out on the front porch and watch the city start to wake up.
Will definitely be staying again.

Location is not too bad. Situated a 15 minute walk away from the waters and main restaurant area. Situated on a main road but quiet at night. They let us put down our luggage when we couldnât check in yet and leave it there after weâd checked out and waited for our flight. The young female receptionist was very helpful and nice.
I was booking at trip.com, but I was likely to be pulled down by a bank card without confirming at check-in. When I told you that I had already finished payment many times, I finally went to the back room to confirm.
There is also a casino on the first floor and it is noisy with the explosion until midnight.
Although it was due to heavy rain, the floor of the room was soaked and all the bags were wet.

Super standard aparthotel located close to Central Station. Free luggage storage was helpful. There's a cafe downstairs but looking just okay.Â
I only stayed one night but somehow they put ten black tea bags and ten coffee bags in my room ... I took it as the hotel's generosityÂ
Recently renovated rooms with modern facilities. The bistro has one of the finest menus you'll ever see in pubs. The best place to wind down whether you're on holidays or just stopping overnight. The onsite BWS is also quite handy.

Oouliana routLocation of the resort is very good, on the river, close to the Surfers Paradise central area and walking distance to the beach. It has lots of free garage and on site parking. It has tennis court, beautiful pool with hot outdoor spa , gym and dry sauna. All service desk guys were very attentive and helpful. Downside is that the resort is old and needs lots of maintenance. All common areas are in need of a facelift. All units have individual owners. The unit I stayed had blocked sink in the bathroom and bed mattress in the bedroom was worn out and sagging to one side. Lucky me I was able to sleep on the other side!

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is fantastic! It's on the same street as the train station, the beach, and a large supermarket. The front desk service was excellent, and they even have a pool. I initially booked for one night as a trial, and I was so impressed that I extended my stay for another three nights. I'll definitely be back!
FFlemingTaniaWe booked our accommodation at Hola as it was a short drive from the birthday party celebration at a local Brewery we attended. We were pleasantly surprised by this bouquet-style accommodation(only 15 rooms). Every room is slightly different with different art from a local artist hanging in the room. A local potter has made one-of-a-kind coffee and tea cups. All of the content in the bar fridge is locally sourced (bottles are recycled) everything is about sustainability- furniture from recycled timber, a water tank, solar-sourced power, private, tranquil, and the most amazingly comfortable bed (we both sleep very well) The bathroom products are beautiful: organic botanicals designed to elevate your mood that is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and refillable. Across the road is a park, Thai restaurant, and local markets (Wed & Fri.) We only stayed one night but we would definitely go back for a longer stay next time so that we could enjoy the gardens and private lawn area (picnic/ read a book/ chillout). We have already recommended Hola to family and friends. Eumundi is a 20-minute drive to Noosa (north) or (South) to Mooloolaba. Super clean and very new/modern. The welcome bag containing lollies and chocolates was a nice gesture The only very, very small thing for me, was there was no shower cap (I have long hair), I think because shower caps are plastic it goes against their suitability Philosophy. I did have a hairband to use, so really that is my only negative thing.
